The morning staff are always routinely friendly. The coffee is always hot and it's well stocked when visiting early in the day. I avoid this location at night both due to the general people who come off of barbur into this location and the night staff are not as friendly.

The old owners stole my lottery tickets and then retired and sold the store during covid. My mom and daughter had just passed away and I forgot to sign my ticket but I think that it is obvious that I had a winning ticket. Don't trust anyone which is unfortunate

This older white women who was a worker was so disrespectful and wouldn’t leave me alone while I was buying my food, I’ve been in the store multiple nights and she was so rude. I will leave multiple bad reviews and make sure nobody comes to this terrible establishment as long as this terrible lady is harassing people

This is probably one of the worst 711 I've been in. The store yes was clean for the most part, but the costumer service is garbage. Not to mention the fact that I always have to tell them what change they owe me and I have to make sure that they go by my 711 discount and not the regular price. Almost every morning I come in I find the trash can lid on the counter with no bag in the garage as the clerk is just sitting on his phone at the register up until 5 other customers walk in then decided he needs to put a bag in. Absolutely unprofessional with 0 customer service. Have I never been welcomed or told to have a good day even though I tell them good morning and have a great day. They act like they don't know how to speak. Naw something else to add I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but naw it's literally yet again every day theirs only one spoon for all the condiments. Absolutely disgusting. I know for a fact that everyone that joins a 711 goes through training that tell you specifically about cross contamination. ?

Location does not honor posted prices, I was charged separately for two naked drinks and the young man was insistent that was the price, posted price was 2 for 5.50

This is the closest one to my house and it used to be owned by different people and I used to love going there. They were friendly and always happy to see people. NOW? The guy that ALWAYS seems to be there doesn't greet people. He just stares at everyone like they're going to steal stuff, or he's profiling me for the way I dress, either way, it isn't okay. He is NOT friendly. Anytime I go to the counter, be doesn't even say hi or ask how I'm doing, and here's the real kicker....the last THREE times I've been there I've had enough points to get $3 off my purchase and instead of ASKING if I want to use them (like they're SUPPOSED TO DO) he just quickly bypasses the screen so I can't save any money there. Plus NONE of their hot food is ever fresh or even made. It's always disgusting. They are crooks and I will not be going here anymore, I'll drive to the one on Capitol Hwy from now on. DO NOT GIVE THIS SEVEN ELEVEN YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Been here several times and the coffee is never hot. I wouldn't think 9-10 am is too late for coffee. And not sure if the employee speaks English but they just ignore you when asking questions. Place is garbage

Visiting here from Miami and I had the worse 711 experirnce ever..I came over this store , around 11 pm on a Wednesday, I bought three slices of a cheese pizza , it didn't look very good but decided to buy it anyway ..so when I gave my first bite , it didn't taste very good, like it was spoiled or something . so I kindly asked the cashier if could exchange for something else..she said no . So I just threw the pizzas away..I hope I don't get sick , cause I will not think twice to take this to court..tell your employee give a fake smile and pretend she cares ..is pathetic..your actions is what really matters.
