I see the propane is a dollar less a gallon in Milwaukee than it is on Beaverton Hillsdale highway. I understand Multnomah county is paying for the green tax so the Chinese don't have to

It's a gas station, yes a gas station with an oddly placed but extremely popular Mexican food cart that won an award for being the best food cart in Portland a few years ago. And they sell gas, you know, the stuff that goes in your car. And I guess the food cart puts gas in your belly... everyone wins!!!

Best meal I have had in a while. The Taquitos were crispy, hot, so full of flavor. I can't believe it's taken me this long to stop in. Super nice people working there. This is the place I'll be telling all my friends about.

Do you like tacos? Taquitos? Have you been to Tito's?If you do and you haven't, you aren't living your best life. (And if you don't like tacos... Are you doing ok? You wanna taco-bout it?)Yes, the cocina is at a fuel station now right on BHH. Kinda quirky-cool, very Portland. The most hidden and gemmiest of hidden gems. But when you're there eating some of the best tacos this side of the border, (perhaps the other side too??) while looking out over a lush green space, it will feel like a little eatery in a treehouse! SO cute. Then your taco-joy will fill your face with a smile. And tacos. Because that's what you need in your face. You need Tito's tacos and taquitos. We all need Tito's in our faces, and in our lives. The bigger your smile, the more Tito's you can fit in your face. Which will then make you happier, smiling bigger yet again! It will be a tasty taco joy-spiral to The Great Tacovana, a state of culinary bliss, a peak food experience. You better lose yourself in the taco, the momentYou hold it, you better never let it goIf you only get one shot, do not miss your chance to goTito's tacotunity comes once in a lifetime, yo(Sorry.)Also, eat your tacos and taquitos right away if you can. They are best eaten asap, imo. Imma go get some more right now. Please consider tipping these guys in cash. They're great people serving awesome food for us because the chef has a true passion for tacos and taquitos. The taco-love was passed down from a beloved family member. ¡El crujido te espera!

Believe the hype. Tito's Taquitos is a small, unassuming pod on the side of a 76 gas station off of Beaverton Hillsdale Highway. If this is painting a less-than-stellar image in your mind, trust me when I say that the food more than enough makes up for it. Come hungry for their namesake, taquitos, because the helping is plentiful. They're crunchy with a perfect crisp and packed full of potato. If you wish, (and you better), you can top them with a selection of citrus pork, chicken, braised beef, or garlic shrimp. The citrus pork is probably my favorite of the four options, but the garlic shrimp is quite possibly some of my favorite shrimp I've ever had, even though you get less of a portion and proves a bit trickier to eat on the taquitos. For such a small hole-in-the-wall (or rather side of gas station) spot, Tito's Taquitos delivers so much. Its location isn't the nicest per se, but it is dolled up in a wood porch aesthetic to the best of its ability. You will always see the same fella taking your order and cracking jokes with you. This is that kind of place you worry about getting too popular or too big for its britches because they've perfected the simplicity of a taquito and I would hate to see this place lose what makes it so stellar.

The Swan Island location is a bit out of the way, but glad we were able to make it in. It's counter service, you order and pick up at counter and also bus and wipe down your tables. We ordered the braised beef taquitos, shrimp taco, and fish taco. The taquitos was crispy and savory with potato filling. The beef was flavorful. Our shrimp and fish tacos were so good! Good refreshing bite with the crispy if the seafood. I wish location was a bit closer, but I'll def make my way in anytime I'm in the area.

I thought I disliked taquitos, until now.I've driven by Tito's so many times and I always say, "I want to try their food someday".Well, today was finally that day.I went here for lunch and wow! A large group had arrived moments before me, but it was well worth the wait.I wanted to try their basic potato taquito for my first time, of course with every sauce option they had available, because I'm a saucy lady.Incredible!! *chef's kiss*I only intended to eat 2, but 1 hour later I went back and ate the other 2 with my own sautéed veggies on top.Next time, I'm going to try one of their vegetarian toppings, but even on its own this was so delicious. If you're on the fence, I'm telling you.. give them a try!

Beaverton location is a very tiny and hidden location plus inside the back corner of a 76 gas station!!! But if ur looking for some sla maxing potato fried taquitos with some good protein toppings...Look no further!!! Four per order so unfortunately only tried the shrimp and braised beef but they also offer chicken, pork, carne asada and Al pastor options!! Friendly reminder all taquitos are potato filling and fried!! Green sauce was ok but the red sauce...Diablo!!! A definite must try!!! Definitely come hungry!!!

Tasty AF!! I've lived in S.Cal and this place is better than that, hands down!! I ordered the beef taquitos. The corn tortillas were crispy and tastes like homemade corn tortillas . The beef was tender and seasoned to perfection. All in all the perfect taquito!! Portion was more than enough as there were 4 taquitos. I could only eat 2 as it was sooo filling. The peeps behind the scene were so nice too despite being slamming busy!! I was worried if I called in my order my taquitos would be soggy, but people standing in line called their orders in and said they have never had a soggy taquito. Next time I will!! TIP: located on the Beaverton Hillsdale Highway in the 76 station. Plenty of parking on the side of the gas station.
