They charged me additional months rent when I opted out of storage
Also attempted to put an fee on me for someone entering without proof. Which would cost them a good portion of money court wise
With another thing they refused me storage though I'm in a more good position financially
As well. Um good deals crap management procedures and decisions that seem like non sense. I'm not sure what the problem is

what an easy and comfortable experience. From my first phone call to my move-in date. I was treated so well. Brandee was so helpful and professional, and the facility itself is clean and lovely. If you are thinking about renting storage, this is the place to go!

Update** I switched units to the heated building from the regular one which I have been at for the past year. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I've never had any issues whatsoever and the staff has been helpful as always.
I definitely recommend it here!!
Alexis was very helpful and informative, especially since I had a million questions. I definitely recommend it here. They also have great hours, and security definitely pays attention when the access hours are closed. A++

I needed extra storage after moving into a small apartment. I signed up online and was able to get my storage unit the next day. The lady who helped me was very sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of a storage unit!

I've been renting here for years. Friendly staff. Lots of security cameras and secure entry. Convenient location. Variety of sizes. Online special for 1/2 off first two months.

I rented a u-haul truck for 24 hours. The lady was trying to charge me for an extra day by entering the returning time for additional 1 hour and 1 min. I had to contact U-Haul to show proof of photo that the truck was returned within 24 hours. Dishonest. Truck was filthy inside. Otherwise good location.
