Would have been five star but honestly don't rent from.this place they over charge ya for items and try to mark it up and when a time was stolen they did nothing but ask for payment and try to jack the price further up never again with this they take advantage of people who don't have a lot of money I learned that from. The manager, Jackie could really use a lesson in how to speak to customers. First off they screwed up my purchase and have been unable to figure it out. Second, they now have numerous people calling me so that I can attempt to explain what is going on over and over again because none of them have spoken to each other to figure it out together. Today when Jackie called me with a attitude, she proceeded to hang up on me twice. How do you expect customers to handle a situation if you are unable yourself to remain calm and do your job? I have attempted to contact the regional manager numerous times and have not had that happen yet. Never again will I go back to Aaron's who claims that customer service is number one and that their customers are oh so important. Maybe if you didn't treat people like garbage, you would have a better outcome.

I recently attempted to lease a dryer since ours went out kind of suddenly, I placed the order on 6/18 and called the store to ask them how the process works. I spoke to a female who was very rude and told me to read my email.
I decided to wait the 5-7 business days so I didn’t call and ask any questions I had and instead tried to find answers online. After the 5-7 business days passed I called to ask about when to expect delivery and was met again very rudely and told to read my email and that I will get a call the day before delivery is ready.
It has not been 12 business days, I haven’t heard from the store, I requested cancellation online but was told I have to go through the store, so far I have been on hold for 16 mins and haven’t been able to speak with anyone.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I just want to cancel .

Was supposed to receive a delivery by 7 pm no later no phone call no show as of 703pm the store is closed now can’t contact anyone ? they have not showed up or called to say they where going to be later I’ve been a customer since 2019 this is ridiculous not to mention that my stuff was there a week ago and they never even called me nothing I am so angry. I’m ready to cancel every account I have.? not to mention the store manager was the one who told me my delivery was today and by 7 pm so don’t tell me you will put me in touch with management ? NO SHOW NO CALL

Don't under any circumstances expect any kind of competence. Order 3 weeks ago.... communication was garbage. Finally get a delivery date scheduled to find I have to be present for delivery.... call the store to inform them I'll need ~20 minutes notice prior to delivery so I can be home as im accepting delivery on a lunch break. Says no problem they'll note it in their system and I get a call from their delivery team saying they're 5 minutes out. Remind them I needed 20 minutes and would be there within 30... no problem.... get there and call "I'll call you back" roughly an hour passes.... I get an hour lunch. If you can get this company to do anything they say they'll do I'd be thoroughly surprised.

The people on 162nd and division have the worst customer service l have purchased a computer A living room set a mattress a tv but l will never buy from that location again but l might try a different location but l don’t know because my experience with that location was so horrible…… people please beware Aarons is a very bad company to rent from l think I will try rent a center they have good reviews

Litterally the worst customer service I've have ever experienced in my life! There is no way to get in touch with anyone at Aaron's. I simple was just trying to get a stautus on my order in which I've been waiting for a month. Was on hold with customer service for over an hour til I finally hung up. Tried to call the store several times just to keep getting hung up on. Now I absolutely want nothing from them. They have no problem blowing up phone when they need a payment though.

We went in to enquire about a specific item. There were two people in the back part of the store. One was on the phone the other was behind a desk in an office, with the doorway open. I didn't see what I was looking for in the front so we did a walk around. Past the two people I might add. Neither acknowledged the fact that we were there. After walking all the way around the store we left.
Oh and I didn't mention that when we walked in the store the first thing we saw was a set up of a living room with a broken automin.

Well I wrote a review and I removed it so I could post this one I'm still waiting on my sofa bed which was ordered December 13,2023 it was supposed to be shipped on December29,2023 where is my order I have called customer service I have called the store it was supposed to be delivered to and nobody seems to know where my order is .I also have a TV stand and TV that was supposed to be delivered on January 17,2024 I never received a call saying my delivery was cancelled do to weather conditions so I call the next day to see if I have been rescheduled for a delivery no I have not what kind of business are you people running no wonder you have these one penny sales I hope customers are aware it could take a few months to get your order and the communication is horrible so basically you are left sitting and hoping that you might get your order one day .I use to be able to track mine but recently it has all of a sudden disappeared .I am beside myself and so disgusted with these people on my last review I was given a link to voice my concerns so I did and never got a response wow .I called the store got no response .Every time I call customer service I get told that they will get back to me in ,24 hrs with some information I have gotten no responses I'm sick over this

I bought an item online and it was already a few days and my item did not arrive. I contacted them by message and by phone and they were unable to give me a solution. Terrible service. They sell false information about the delivery of the products. It is not possible for an item to be late. more than 16 days to arrive

They are so quick to call me after I finish paying my washer and dryer off on time too to try and get me to sign up for something else they can get more money for and when I need my dryer repairs which they took in the beginning of November to their shop to repair they haven’t even called me or given me “My Dryer” I actually paid for and instead I have to keep this loaner dryer they gave me. 1 star review and I will not do business with them again.
