Had to get my ignition replaced after my vehicle was broken into, they told me it’d be about 2-3 weeks for everything due to parts ordering and work scheduling, but they had it done in about a week and went above and beyond to clean and detail the vehicle. Pleasantly surprised🙏

Highly recommend! From beginning to end, everyone seemed to be going out of their way to help make the process smooth. Johnny stayed in touch with me via text with updates and I knew exactly what was happening and when my car was going to be done. This isn’t a shop where you have to call every day to get your car back. When I picked it up, it was vacuumed and cleaner than when I dropped it off.

This is the first pleasant experience I’ve had with an auto body shop. Usually, you are left waiting for weeks or months. They got me in right away, They were so friendly, the communication was consistent and Personable. They were very thorough, listening to my multiple concerns and thorough exploring to make sure everything was functional. They repaired more than they were required to. They even tried to clean the inside of my car despite me having a bunch of stuff in it… Love this place. I will always return here when necessary.

This is my first time using this shop and it will be my last. I brought my car in over 2 weeks to repair the body. damage. The shop seems unorganized and disconnected. A week after I dropped off my car, a man from the shop called me, I forgot his name, asking what was wrong with my car and where the damage was. This was very concerning me because my car was already at the shop for a week. They promised that I would pick up my car on August 8th, 25. I was even took off work early so come to get it. But when I arrived, the car was not ready , then he (Cody) promised me the car would be finished on August 20th. I called twice on that day before coming in, but each time I called they didn't know when would it be ready. Cody said the painting color was off after they calibrated The color did not match. Then Cody promised again that it would be finished on August 22nd and he would call me before I came to pick it up. Today, no one call me and no text message either. I called at 4:15pm. The secretary advised me that my car is ready and the office closed at 5:30pm. I took off work again and rushed to the shop. When I arrived, checked my car, there are still scratches. They hadn't t fix it properly. They said they need an approval before making a repair and promised me they would take care of it. Hopefully, they will keep their promised this time. This level of service is unacceptable.

Cody made everything right! This guy is the best to work with. Service provided to repair care was satisfactory, but where the company really shined was on customer service when Cody took over my case.

I carelessly backed into a branch while parking and marked my car looking like I was keyed from front fender to taillight. Stopped in to get a quote and Johnny Slovinec came out to see, he promptly got a buffer and eliminated this scratch, offered to p, he said no, offered beer money refused reminding me of their company policy which doesn't allow tipping. I'm grateful and blown away that companies like this still exist Thumbs up Caliber
