Everyone at the St. Johns Caliber Collision were very friendly and helpful during the repairs on my 2014 Chevy truck. They always kept me informed every step of the process. As well as, helping me with my insurance when I couldn't get ahold anyone.
I highly recommend using them if you want your vehicle fixed timely and done right; with the utmost care. I know, if I ever need anything done again, I will most definitely be going to them.

Great job on the fixing of my Corrado!!! It’s not easy to work on or get parts for an old rare vehicle, but they pulled through for me. Definitely would recommend to anyone for future repairs. Thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for working with me!

I had my car worked on here after an accident. Although it was selected by the insurance company, they did a wonderful job and I would go back for any other repairs needed. Esmaya kept me in the know the entire time, updated me with when my car would be ready and was super responsive to all of my questions. Definitely would recommend using them!

I wasn’t planning to leave a review and was just going to let it go, but they won’t stop messaging me asking for one, so here it is.
I was involved in a crash end of June and selected to have my car taken to caliber due to the convenience of being located close to my house. Big mistake.
I dropped my car off July 1 and it was scheduled to be picked up July 16. Just before I was supposed to get it back the shop contacted me to let me know one of their employees backed a truck into my car on their lot.
I asked for pictures of the damage several times, including emailing the address you’ll see listed in the replies to other poor reviews here, and didn’t get any response.
I was told the bumper, trunk, and right rear panel were all damaged though to what extent I don’t know.
The woman at the front desk made it sound like I should just be happy caliber was taking care of the damage they caused and then when I voiced the slightest frustration, she let me know she would no longer be assisting me. I would instead have to talk to her manager, who was actually friendly to be fair.
I wound up getting the car back mid August, almost a month after I was supposed to.
My dad owned a business in the auto repair industry for 30 years and if he damaged a clients car and caused them to be out of their vehicle for a month, he would have gone above and beyond to make it right. Replaced or fixed something else that was broken at no cost, done an oil change, made the customer feel like they were actually valued despite an error.
Caliber failed miserably and if there is a next time (fingers crossed no more crashes) I’ll be taking the car the 15 miles to the dealer instead of down the street.
EDIT: I am unable to respond to your reply so I’ll do it here. I messaged that exact email address on 7/22/25 (subject “Audi crash inquiry” if you care to go back and see) looking for assistance. I received no response. I figured since the woman at the front desk wasn’t being helpful, surely the email address you post in reviews stating how much you want to help customers would be able to assist. Nope. You’ve already ignored me once. I don’t think I’ll be emailing you a second time.

Caliber (St. John’s) did an excellent job with my repair. They got the work done in only a week, well ahead of schedule. And Esmaya, the repair person, was personable & knowledgable. I would definitely recommend.

The worst experience I've ever had with a collision center. They charged for a brand new OEM headlamp, instead they installed a used part that was broken. They broke the memory seat controls and stained the interior of my car. I'm still trying to get a resolution for this. Totally don't recommend! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone with their car repair needs! Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house.
I have heard so many horror stories about mechanics and repair shops taking advantage of people, and this shop really blew my mind. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again to Timothy and everyone at Collision Caliber for your help today!

This repair shop has great ratings, but I did not receive great customer service.
They over promise and under deliver on estimated completion dates. They also have a problem contacting the customer on agreed upon dates and times. You have to call them multiple times to get a response. They need to research the availability of parts before giving an estimated completion date. In my case my vehicle was in their shop for months because of a back-ordered part that they did not research.
The back-ordered part is not their fault, but not researching is definitely their fault.
When you have your inspection appointment they should order the parts, so when you turn your vehicle in for repair 2 weeks later the parts are on their way. They do not do this, they wait until you turn in your vehicle.
I was given multiple estimated completion dates and had to call each time to get an update after the completion date had passed.
The overall repair is fine. It looks and functions great.
I would not recommend Caliber Collision in Saint Johns.
