Tenants describe her as an absolute gem, easy to talk with, and someone they look forward to seeing. She is always on top of any problem, shows flexibility, and is thoughtful and intune with the tenants, treating them like family and looking out for them. She makes spaces work for different renters and holds open house events for networking. The building itself is a cool and lovely location with a good community vibe. Tenants feel safe in the area, love their private spaces, and appreciate their awesome neighbors, calling it a great little community. Many have rented for many years and highly recommend it.

Love Bets! She is a Great manager of our building . If there is any problem she is on top of it . She holds open house events where all can network . Good community vibe !

Betsy is the best building manager! She is always easy to talk with and able to make the spaces work for all the amazing different renters in the building. Had 2 spaces here and would have another if I didn’t need to move locations. What a lovely location to work out of!

Bets is awesome to work with! She is professional, responsive, fast and so nice! She made a stressful situation so much better! I really recommend renting a space at this cool building from her. (I rented here for the first time in 1999!)
