About ADI Properties Inc
ADI Properties Inc. has received mixed reviews from its clients. Some customers report positive experiences, highlighting the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. For instance, one tenant appreciated the prompt replacement of a dryer and the efficient handling of maintenance requests. Another long-term renter noted that while maintenance issues were addressed within a reasonable timeframe, there were some concerns about the quality and cost of landscaping services provided by a contractor. However, not all experiences have been favorable. A former client expressed dissatisfaction with delayed repairs and invoicing issues that arose after the management contract ended. Despite these negative experiences, others found ADI to be thorough and respectful in handling requests, with one vendor praising the company's five-star service and staff. Overall, ADI Properties Inc. appears to offer a range of property management services, with a focus on professionalism and customer support, although experiences may vary significantly among clients.

This is our first time using this property management and so far they have been great. Very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We are excited to continue to work with them.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with ADI as I completed the contract with them. I received invoices 4.5 months after they were no longer managing my account. They delayed authorized repairs for nearly 8 months after approval. I would not recommend this company to others.
