Adidas is OVERCHARGING on sales tax for online sales. I was about to purchase a pair of shoes for $110 and the tax added was $13.80. This is slightly higher than 12.5%. In my state the sales tax rate is between 6-7%. In Oregon where Adidas USA is headquartered, there is NO sales tax. When I got in contact with their customer service they told me that sales tax wasn’t something they could change, that it was out of their control at their employment level in the organization. Google Sally v Adidas. It’s a class action lawsuit for overcharging on sales tax….buyer beware from a longtime adidas buyer switching to Nike.

Looks like a public walking area and then has secruity stalk you around everywhere. Don't bother, especially if you remotely look lower class. A shame, it's a really pretty area with beautiful views and architecture.

I always order online.
But most of the models that are available in Germany are not in America,
I ordered many things, but the quality is not up to par.

Ordered shoes from them online. The shoe was supposed to be delivered 11/29 but on trac shows they have not received the shipment yet. Chat up customer service to check up on the shipment, and says it seems that the shipment was lost in the warehouse. They offered to refund the amount and will give me 15% discount to buy the product again. With the current amount of the shoe even if I apply the 15% discount it will not amount to the same price. That is the only solution they have. Comparing this to Nike, they do a better solution. They will send you a new shipment and expedited shipping and will cancel the instance of the old order.

I love the adidas brand and always have however the customer service has gone down hill and apparently no bone cares.My last call to customer service the representative MACARICAR did not know antyhting about the point system. I had a simple question which turned into a nightmare because every time she put me on hold for 3-4 minutes she would come back and tell me something that had nothing to do with my question. Then asked me for the last 4 of my credit card when my question had nothing to do with my last pure chase.It got to the point of ridiculousness a whopping 44:18 minutes on the phone and I finally asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold 5 times each time telling me I was holding for a manager but then coming back and asking for my phone number for a manager to call me 24 hours later.She was putting me on hold with no intentions of getting a manager on the phone. Adidas needs to do better if it wants to keep their customers because I for one will go elsewhere if it means better customer service.

What happened with the quality? My Adidas shoes only lasted 6 months and look like this now. Holes everywhere.. pretty bad for the price.
