Came in here to get the fuel filter(s) for my 2014 VW Passat TDI, the staff was very helpful and we joked around while they ordered my part. It was there by the next morning! So I didn’t have to wait for very long. And- bonus, it was literally a hundred dollars cheaper than getting it at the dealership! I just popped in on myself after watching a YouTube video and was able to get it out of “limp mode” all by myself.So thank you Advanced Auto Parts, for giving me a sense of accomplishment and a vehicle, that runs!

They one of my parts for my car then had too go to a another one at less they had it cause a lot of other auto parts store didn't they want me to order it. Very good with that even tho it was something could have waited

Unhelpful and poor advice, treated poorly on trying to return item. The employees here don't care. Drive just a little further to the O'Reilly's next to Natural Grocers, much more helpful.

David and Jonathan were extremely patient and helpful. I was looking for a pair of wiper blades, and both of them helped me learn about the subtle differences in blade design and material. They also installed them for me quick. It’s a pleasure doing business with these guys.

Over the last year I've made about 5 online purchases and each time it showed the product I need is in stock at that specific store and can be picked up same day. EVERY time, 5 out of 5, I had to call the store because after 2-3 hours the order was still being "processed". EVERY time I ended up calling the store to ask about my order only to be told they don't have the item in stock. Bottom Line: Advanced Auto Parts does NOT have a real-time inventory system and they intentionally say they have a product in the store when they really have NO clue. NONE. Before you ever buy online it is best to call a store and ask them to confirm it is in stock otherwise you will waste hours and hours of your day and come away empty handed and then have to deal with refund BS. Their site and inventory system is not reliable.

I am a manager and placed an order last night for a part needed for a very lengthy job. I was told by Tasha the part would be here first thing this morning. It is now 12:20 pm and have been told the part will be here any minute 3 times. She will not let me speak to a manager or give me her regional managers contact info. I have had numerous bad experiences with this store on Powell Blvd. I have now called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I do not recommend using this location for anything. Very bad business and customer service.

Part # 3614 Innova Compression Tester is the product I'm going after today. Stopped by yesterday to grab some parts, everything was well until I used the compression tester. The analog gauge rates up to 300psi. When I conducted my compression test the gauge kept on flying off. Mind you I'm working on a 4cylinder car, not a 6, 8 or 10. There's no way that this Subaru puts out 300psi. Now I have a 40dollar defective product that I can't return.. Go spend 10 more dollars at your local harbor freight and get something that doesn't waste your gas, and time.

Came in today and the gentleman behind the counter was very unhelpful. I needed some exhaust gaskets for a custom built vehicle so it doesn’t match the make, model “look up” system. I have had this problem in the past with Autoparts stores but every other time they are willing to help. Not here. His reply was, “there’s a bunch of boxes I’d have to look through”. I explained it’s a simple triangle, three hole pattern. Same answer… worst. I’ll be heading to Oreilly’s down the street or Napa going forward.
