This Albertsons worse service ever because the customer service are is close since 4pm and for me that's not a great service for the customers, for me that's lazy person and I ask a worker they said it all depends who is work behind the customers service they can close it down at anytime 2pm , 3pm , 4pm or 5 pm ....

Went by Albertsons and they had a grill going with Signature cafe St. Louis style pork ribs bbq by deli staff. Bought half rack and they are absolutely tender and delish! Very yummy. I encourage everyone to buy them today. They ribs are good that I ate them and need to go get another for my hubby. The service by the lady cooking them was great too.

I don't live in this area, but I was visiting a friend and had to get something I forgot to bring for a potluck. The layout of the store was open and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and I was able to find what I needed within a minute of arriving. I went through self-checkout. And it seemed that people who went there were mad. I commend the staff for putting up with that. If your ever in this area and go to this store, please be kind to the staff. They work so hard and smiling would help them feel better.

I really dislike this place. It is now my closest supermarket but today was the last time I intend on shopping there. I hate that I have to have a card or download an app to get the advertised deal, very annoying. Today I used a digital coupon for the first time with the app. I had no idea how to use it. The woman checking me out got all irritated and snippy with me. I called her out and said there was no need for that. That seemed to escalate things. How dare you raise your voice to customers? There is always an issue at this place, I was actually commenting about that with the person I was there with and then this happened. I honestly don't understand why people shop here other than its location. It's very overpriced and usually doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for. The place is usually unfriendly as well. When I say hello to an employee, I at least expect some sort of acknowledgment. I feel invisible or unwelcome there. Employees here don't seem to give a s**t about customer service. I won't be going back here again. Drive the extra distance to Grocery Outlet, they are friendly and the place is clean and has good deals.Something I forgot about; I went to the deli, at 3:30, and asked for some Swiss cheese. The girl said the slicers were closed down already becuase they sliced hundreds of pounds of stuff earlier. Ok, but I wanted a chunk of Swiss, you don't have a knife back there? How do you deny cutting something for someone at 3:30 in the afternoon?? Seriously, f**k this place.

I popped in here pretty regularly over the years, because it's convenient on my way home.Tonight I had to pop in for a handful of items. I was sadly in Ruthies line again, I have always tried to avoid her as she had previously been rude to me and a client I had brought to do shopping.Ruthie was very friendly with the customer in front of me, even going to the next isle over to grab her a few candy bars. My turn now and I bought a reusable bag, she didn't bag anything. So I asked her, do you guys bag for your customers; no answer and she looked right at me. So I had to bag my own.Paid and 'waited' while getting my keys out and putting my receipt away. I wanted to see if she was going to bag for the customer behind me, and sure enough not only did she bag but she was so happy and friendly. It was then that I realized she had bagged groceries for the customer ahead of me as well.Now is a good time to mention I am white. Guess what, the customer in front of me AND after me were both black women.On the way out I asked security who the manager was and he wasn't sure who was on duty. So as soon as I got home I called. Manager was on break so I called back. I spoke with the manager on duty and she was pleasant and though her management level couldn't do much she gave me direction and answered some questions for me; confirming the store number, store directors name and the number for corporate that I found on the receipt.I look forward to speaking with the store director and getting ahold of corporate. Funny how the manager on duty said the name of the cashier, she knew and I had not told her the time or checkout line I went through; what's that tell you. Says to me Ruthie is an issue, why is she still employed there!?!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Every single time I call to fill prescriptions, no one answers. I leave messages and try again over hours and still nothing! I call customer service with no answer a lot of times as well. When I get ahold of someone they pretend they can't help me over the phone that I need my prescription refill numbers and to do it online or something. Once I finally get someone to do their job they tell me the prescription won't be ready for 2 HOURS!!! What??? On top of that, every other time I come to get my prescriptions that I've called in, they aren't filled and weren't put in even! Unbelievably unprofessional to say the very least!

I was treated like a criminal and accused of forging a raincheck for $5 worth of ice cream. I'm sure that there are shoplifters who push out carts loaded with meat and alcoholic beverages every day and they are not bothered. But I try to use a rain check that the manager says I should have never been given in the first place. So accused me of writing my own. The ad did not say limited quantities. The shelf was empty of the type of ice cream I came to buy. I asked for a rain check and was willing given one at Safeway. But the checker, it says Ruthie on the receipt but I wonder if every checker is Ruthie, grabbed the rain check and said this is from a different store. I said I thought Safeway and Albertsons were all the same company now. It was for $5 worth of ice cream. She ran to the manager who came over all huffed up like she caught me stealing $300 worth of steaks. It was degrading. The receipt says the manager is Janine. Another issue with this store is their block on Wi-Fi and data. My cell phone never can open the Albertsons app in this store. So I can never add a deal if I find a sale while I am there. The store manager, who stands by the U-check, said if it's not in your app already, then I will not give you the sale price! Tough luck!

Just left this Albertsons and will not be coming back, never have had an issue here until today. Went to go to self check out and they told me to go to the line when it was almost empty in the store because I had about 25 ish small items instead of the 15 limit. Then in the line I went to check my receipt after checking out because the total was way more than I was expecting and the cashier was rude to me and my fiancé while he was loading the cart. Dealt with several rude employees when I was just trying to do my shopping in peace. Then she proceeded to pick up my personal belongings from my cart and shoved them at me while she loaded the cart and wouldn’t let me check my receipt. VERY RUDE STAFF

Again, mid day. Zero carts in the store. Cart corrals full. ONE check stand open and the line is 3/4 the way down the ice cream isle. No supply chain issue excuses here. All store/employee management issues. Wishing for another option closer to the house.

I was at Albertsons today and realized that I had left my phone in my car at check out so I can retrieve my digital coupon. And the checkout line I was in which was Joshua's was absolutely delightful, wonderful and helpful. In the past I've asked this one particular checkered I'm not going to say names if she could help me when I left my phone out there for a digital coupon and she wouldn't anyway Joshua went above and beyond and I am going to look for his tall beautiful gray hair every time I'm in there to get in his line so thank you Elder sense for such a great employee and thank you Joshua for being a good employee.

I made a visit to this store and there were no lanes open so I went to self checkout and the worker there told me I have too many items but there were no workers in any other lanes. There's always an issue when I come to this store. Workers following me around or just being watched I do not recommend this store.
