A great bakery and produce department. Coinstar and Starbucks available in store. Uses the safeway/albertsons app for coupons an rewards.

Fine neighborhood grocery store. Prices can be slightly higher than others nearby. Good selection, nice pharmacy friendly staff. The meat department at time has really great deals, and their beer selection is quite good.

Atrocious wait times. I remember when this was the best grocery around. Now they make you wait in a line that goes halfway to the back of the store. Get some freaking self checkout lanes what the heck!

So far shopping there twice with very bad experience. The price at the checkout is difference as the price tag (happened both time). Asked the customer service and were told that they forgot to change the price tag. My husband wanted to ask the customer service why his digital coupons didn't get applied. But the staff at the customer service told him she was busy and disappeared. My husband waited for her coming back more than 15min and she never came back.

Very pleasant staff. One of the few places in the metropolitan area that sells Lactaid cottage cheese.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PET HAIR AND DANDER IN YOUR FOOD. I walked in to check the half price baked goods in the back of produce and was greeted by a customer (older female, brown jacket with burgundy pants) carrying her chihuahua. I went to customer service which was unattended so upon paying for my items I informed the cashier (Allison) that I needed to talk to someone and her response was “no body follows the rules anymore” working in customer service I was completely shocked at how quick she was to dismiss my concern and will not return regardless how “convenient” it may be.(Receipt date/time 12/04/23 11:34)12/5/23-update. I submitted the contact us form via Albertsons website and look forward to hearing back soon.

Prices aren’t the greatest and selection is slim, but they have good hours and come in handy in a pinch.

It's really sad to see that the Safeway corporation has decided that they want to put Albertsons out of business after their merger. There's no reason for grocery shortages at this time and yet most of the items are not stocked at this location. The Safeway down the street is fully stocked and it's kind of sad how obvious they're making it. They're going to purposefully cause people to stop shopping at this location and then lay off all their workers and claim it was market conditions. Sad.

This is about the pharmacy inside the store. I used to be really satisfied with their service, but the last two times I've gone were super frustrating. What has happened twice lately is, my provider called to let me know they'd called in the prescriptions. I went to pick them up. The pharmacist said they had no prescriptions called in for us. They didn't say "we didn't get the prescription phone message," instead they said "your prescriber didn't call in your prescription." In both cases I was confident the prescriptions had been called in. The pharmacist just shrugged. I call the prescriber from the pharmacy, they confirm they did call in the prescriptions, and agree to call them in again, while I stand at the pharmacy. They call me to confirm they just left the message. The pharmacist again says "your prescriber didn't call in your prescription" I ask for the pharmacist's direct phone line so the prescriber can call directly. The pharmacists gives me a number they say is the direct line, but it's not, it's the number for voice-mail, same number they say they are not getting prescriptions off. Now I've been there an hour! I ask the pharmacist to please call the prescriber, I provide the phone number. This will be the fourth phone call to the prescriber since I got to SavOn. Finally, they get the authorization, and I wait another twenty minutes for them to fill it. Their prescription voice-mail isn't working properly, but they blame the prescriber for them not getting their messages. As long as they blame someone else they will never fix their broken system. I used to have complete confidence in their system. Now, when I have a new prescription, I know I'm likely in for an hour-long song and dance of multiple phone calls and long drawn out waits to get the order to the pharmacist. I'm going to explore other pharmacies. It's disappointing. This used to be such a reliable place. Fix your damn voice-mail system.

Very poor customer service... The checkout woman was not very friendly at all. When I questioned a price, she put her hands on her head and asked 'if she could go on break now'.Make sure you know what you should be paying and be prepared to stand firm on what you believe to be the price.I buy certain items BECAUSE it's on sale! Its very frustrating to have to micromanage every item that is scanned. The cashier was a middle aged blonde hair lady named Allison (according to the receipt anyway).I've never written a bad review before, but this was not a good experience and embarrassing for me as a customer. Please do better.

It's alright. No self checkouts so sometimes a little slow but the people are awesome

Remember when it was still possible to get great, large, organic Russet potatoes in stores? Also the best kinds of sweet potatoes with the orange flesh? Albertsons feels sad & dystopian but that’s not “on” the working class place itself. These days you have to pick from the best of the available ingredients you can afford at ALL grocery stores. I know from experience that upscale markets do not equal good or even edible produce, for one example.

Staff is friendly and the place is reasonably clean, but overall an awful grocery shopping experience. Almost everything is overpriced, and the place has zero flair. Skip Albertsons and go to Trader Joe's, a few miles down the road. Trust me on this.
