What a waste of time. I spent a lot of time trying to find where you were located only to be told that your business is not where you claim it to be. I went inside a building on 5th & Main downtown, and up to the 11th floor only to be told that you only see patrons by appointments. Even the employees in the building are frustrated with you because they have to constantly tell patrons your situation. You need to update website ASAP! Falso advertising. Taking my business elsewhere.

I think Steve is great! He easy to work with and has always done a beautiful job on the framing projects. He is definitely worth the 30 minute drive upI-5 from Portland. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Steve was great to work with! If you’re getting something framed you have to go to him. There is a huge difference between doing it yourself and getting it professionally done. So happy with his work!

Beautiful job, Thanks SteveWas referred to Steve years ago after moving to Vancouver.He has completed several projects for us- a couple quite challenging in shape and size. Very easy to work with, is patient and helpful during the design process, accommodating with appointments but most of all takes great care that every piece is perfect!

I highly recommend All Custom Framing for all framing needs. Steve does an excellent job framing and his prices are reasonable. He is very flexible with his time and takes good care of his customers. Steve was so wonderful! I had purchased an odd sized piece and was having so much trouble finding a second hand frame to frame it in. After I shattered not one, but two large pieces of glass trying to frame the piece, Steve came to the rescue and was able to retrofit my piece into the frame I had found in less than 24 hours. He cut the custom glass and mat, put it all together for me and rewired my frame to hang the correct direction for the piece. He was incredibly transparent and fair with pricing, and so flexible with my quick turnaround time, even offering to meet with me after normal business hours to get it all done. I couldn’t recommend his services enough! He is a professional through and through. Thank you again!!!

Steven does custom mirrors as well.
I needed a 60” x 40” mirror ASAP. Every shop I called quoted me a price between $340-360.00. I called Steven and he had it ready for me in 3 days. Price paid, $155.00.
