I live with invisible disabilities (to the point I’ve been on SSD) and transitioning to a salaried, very adult job as a single parents been challenging. I’ve multiple staff under me and on top of this my personal life’s been full of crisis. So, I decided to use wash and fold laundry with pickup.
I’m very picky about how my clothes are handled because the conditions I live with make this vital. I also feel like another entitled American which means that I struggle to ask for what I need.
I wasn’t initially certain how much I’d like this company because of initially postponing the pick up time. However, they communicated every step making it a non issue. Then when I was at an emergency visit with my kid got a message about something, which they made work. What makes this a great company is the quality of work mixed with a level of customer service I didn’t know still existed.
I work in a helping field, non profit and I’m extremely good at what I do and so is this company. I love that as a result of their work I can show up for mine.
I highly recommend this company.

First time here and am highly dissatisfied first off put a $20 to make change for machines it ripped me off $2.50 then 2 different washers ripped me off for a total of $ 5 which brings the grand total to $7.50 ripped off the phone number to contact someone is conveniently disconnected what a rip off and others got ripped off as well I would discourage anyone from coming here I will not be back

Been going here for years, never impressed by how little they pay attention to the machines and the lack of quarters available to buy. Not to mention. The owner is disrespectful and aggressive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The machines stink and are dirty, never get cleaned. Not to mention the riff raff you'll deal with outside. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF UNATTENDED. This place is not clean and is not safe. Many other places to go to, don't waste your time here. Also they never pay back when machines eat your money

I enjoyed going here they had great customer service it was quick fast and clean.. they had all the extras one would need if they forgot it at home.

not only is it one of the most terrifying places in Portland but now they took the sink out the bathroom out and you can't even charge your phone so if you want your phone charged if you're gonna get mugged you're out of luck

Last time I visited here I had a load in the dryer, put enough quarters in to go for 45 minutes. When the dryer was done my clothes hadn't gotten dry at all because the dryer doesn't heat up. Today I had two loads, in 2 separate dryers, both on 45 minutes each. After they were done, both were still wet, as neither of those dryers heat up either. I am done wasting my time and money here. A couple machines say out of order, they should mark them all that way I guess.

This laundry is abandoned, there is never anyone to solve the problems that the old laundry equipment causes, every time I come I hear many complaints from the people who use the laundry and they say that they call the number and only receive pure talk from the people who answer the call but never one came to refund your money, they are a bunch of rats, before 2 dryers ate my money but they never worked today this Pinchi washing machine is washing without water, it is incredible how interested people are in their business now, this time I will make a report to the city so that they can give them a fine, if anyone wants to join, welcome, thank you

Filthy. Crack heads inside and out front. Jumbo washer for $11, starts to eat your quarters after you get to $9. Cost $12.50... 4 minutes on the dryer for 25c. No attendant. Coin machine broken. People bumming money and cigarettes... No place to fold stuff. Never never ever again. Never.

Awesome place to wash, some machines need repair and cleaning but so far so good. May need more sanitation or at least an air freshener

Not only is this laundromat more expensive than the other two I've been at in the neighborhood, but I am now taking home soaking wet loads of laundry because even though one of the change machines looks like it works, it does not. There is no one here to fix anything and they aren't answering my calls. So the $26 of wet laundry that will need to be rewashed better get refunded. Go anywhere else. Oh yeah and the other lady here who is also mad and taking home wet clothes, says the washers only washed her clothes half way. Like half of that we're not even wet.

This was my first time at this laundry mat. It was quiet & everything was clean. There was no buildup in the soap compartments. Clothes got clean, my whites didnt look dingy. Prices were average. Theres even a sink to wash your hands! But what impressed me the most was the dryers! They get nice andhot and actually dried my clothes! Will definatley go back.
