I have had a number of really poor deliveries. I got fed up with Amazon around Thanksgiving, so very little I have to say has anything to do with the Christmas rush.Your drivers knowingly deliver damaged and wrong packages, routinely. Today a bag leaking sugar leaked all over the house and carpet. The last time, before Thanksgiving it was leaking chemicals, leaking all over my clothes, me, the kitchen, and all over other deliveries. Earlier in the year it was a blatantly wrong address, turned upside down for the delivery pic. Before that it was glass shards leaking from the box, and a box OBVIOUSLY containing broken glass. And that is just this last year. Along the way my driver's side mirror has been broken, three times over the years, bumper damaged, and other hit and runs, just along just my block.Your local transportation people in Portland, Oregon need to change something. Better prices and convenience, this is not, not in any real sense. You work drivers too hard to take responsibility, so they pass it on to your customers and the rest of their neighborhoods. Your fault, Amazon.I wish there was a way to let the delivery people know directly, with accountability. Customer Service has nothing to do with this problem, and they seem powerless to address it. It's as if Amazon keeps them around so legitimately angry customers can vent, but so the company doesn't have to make real changes.I suggest that's going to set Amazon up for class action, because I can't be the only one with this issue.Just sayin'. Please.Stop delivering problems.

How do I file a complaint against the Amazon drivers who keep not following the delivery instructions?? This happens way to often and I end up paying for it.

Working in Amazon DpD2 is amazing but amazon 1625 Dallas is my best I still miss that place If I go back to Dallas Texas I will go back to that place 1625. STX2

One of the Worse amazon facility to find out SOR3 is the middle of the facility’s hard to find it and no guard shack. Other facility entrance its next to hotel tiny entrance no sign either ??

Met some cool people here however there is no good leadership. Majority of the managers have little work ethic and dont even know how to communicate with employees. Verdant and souleymane are great examples as they both lack work ethic or respect for employees. You can be lazy or a hard worker they will always look for an issue even when there is none and create a toxic environment for employees. Good leaders motivate by leading by example while respecting their employees. Safety is another joke, DPD2 has the highest injury rate of any AMZN warehouse in the pacific northwest!! (No one is supposed to know that) Safety is not taken seriously here but that is what they will clearly word only to protect the company. The safety team is completely useless and have made changes In the warehouse that if anything, have only caused more concerns for safety. Safety team needs to be abolished and a union is needed because the only safety their concern is for is Amazons safety and productivity.
