Called about a car I was interested in, and spoke to Joe. He was very professional answering all of my questions. Even though it took us a while to get up and see the car he was very nice walking us through everything making sure we knew how everything worked before we left. The paperwork was a breeze, he really went the extra mile helping fill everything out. The car looks and drives amazing, very happy to find the model I was looking for! If I ever need another car I would buy from him again.

Joseph was amazing to deal with. There was no BS with him. He did all he could to give me a good deal and gave me some good advice to save some money in the long run. I just bought a Scion FR-S from him and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend buying a car from him if he has what you are looking for.

Joseph was wonderful to work with. After dealing with one pushy and cheesy used car salesman after another, Joseph was a breath of fresh air—never pushy, highly informative, and incredibly helpful with every step of the buying process. I highly recommend a trip to AMJ Auto Sales if you want a relaxed and accommodating car shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back when the time comes for another vehicle.

Two years ago I bought a 2005 Chrysler 300 from AMJ. As a struggling highschool student, Joseph made it his mission to give me the best deal possible, all things considered. That’s not to say he gives away cars, however he took it upon himself to give me a truly unbeatable price, while being very professional as well as understanding. It is very easy to tell that Joseph loves his job. He genuinely takes time and effort to get to know you and find what works best for you. I’ve met other salesman who become annoyed when you start asking questions, and make you feel like you must purchase now or never. Joseph however, was very patient and professional, answering any questions I had honestly, ensuring I felt secure making this purchase. Joseph isn’t like other salesman whose enthusiasm can be overwhelming. He was never in my face, or constantly yapping on about selling me a different car. He was always straightforward and collective. Not once did he pressure me to buy in or make me feel like I was on a time limit (which is easy to do to a young impressionable teen). He made it incredibly easy and simple to purchase, walking me through every step of the way. In all, Joseph, is very down to earth, genuine, professional, and honest. Thanks to him I drive a car that I love, and has not had any issues whatsoever.
I would absolutely recommend Joseph to be anyone’s salesman, and would definitely buy from AMJ again in the future.

Bought a car from Joseph about 5 months ago for my son. It was a used car and as is. We bought a warranty for it as well. It is a used car and I understand the 'as is' clause so there is that. Fast forward a few months and the engine basically blew. The warranty had fine print in it and only covered a certain $$ amount. Took to a dealer and it would have cost me $9k more out of pocket from them. I contacted Joseph and he took it upon himself to make it right. He repaired the car basically at minimal cost to me, replaced the engine and pretty much covered everything and did so within a very short time frame ! The commitment to the customer was above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.
Looking for used cars and going through used car dealers has a stereotype as well as can be extremely uncomfortable and distrusting. Finding a dealer like this with this type of integrity is like finding a needle in a haystack. Truly rare.
My family couldn't not have afforded the repair without the intervention of Joseph and I am truly grateful.
All used cars have risks... but having a dealer like Joseph can give you some kind of peace of mind that someone is looking out for you besides yourself.

Joseph was very straightforward and honest when I was asking him about the vehicle I wanted. I flew there and his son picked me up at the hotel so I could test drive back to their dealership and drove it home. The paperwork was easy and fast. AMJ is a NO pressure NO hassle and honest family owned dealer I’d buy from them in the future. I had an awesome experience.

Best experience buying a car ever! I say it not like it was a fun day at the park, but more of a very real down to earth experience! I hate going into dealerships, it’s not my thing, but coming to Joseph at AMJ he sat me down and asked what I wanted. So I told him, he replied with the best route to get this transaction done. The most reliable and kind dealership I have ever worked with!!
My partner and I traveled to this dealership from Seattle, so after a four hour train ride, and expecting to be able to take the car home, my bank decided to f*ck us over by not allowing the purchase to go through. 😡 Most dealerships would have just left us stranded in Portland, four hours from home, but this man!! 👏
He tried every method he could think of to help us, even driving us to get a money order. Patiently waiting for us to figure out how to pay him, on his birthday while his family was waiting for him at home!! 😭 Eventually we figured it out, and he still took the time to fill the air tires and give us directions before going home himself. He was so calm the whole time while I was a stressed mess.
Usually this would be the happy end to the story, but unfortunately when it rains it pours, our car got stolen like a few days after we bought it- but Joseph came in clutch again!! He has sent us the travel ID, again taking time out of his day to help us, and hopefully with that information we will find the car soon.
Would absolutely travel four hours again to work with this extremely reliable man and his business.
