Would give 0 stars if I could. Agents won't stop cold calling me no matter how many times I ask. They keep calling and calling from different numbers.

I am leaving a review 1.5 years later because I want to warn others- and this realtors facebook is full of fake reviews, and they use several names making is impossible to find real information on them. We worked to buy (and bought!) our very first home with Ben Andrews. We did not know what to expect buying our first home, and I wish that I had done more research. Along the way, we found every house we looked at on our own- not one house was sent to us from this team. We ended up having to initiate communication the majority of the time and often felt uncomfortable asking questions or requesting information and updates because we were treated like we were being annoying. We ended up buying a house being sold by another Realtor who Ben & his team said they had worked with before and was a great person. We were assured the house was the best fit for us, and that our hesitations were normal (we had a lot of hesitations). I believe now, that Ben & his team wanted to strengthen their working relationship with this other realtor, thus putting us (their clients) in a very uncomfortable position of agreeing to terms in the offer we did not want to- under the verbal promise that she would not require all the time we gave her in the offer, and that she would be very communicative and understanding. This did not happen, and we were given several false move-dates by Ben and his team. Our lease ended a month before our actual move in date ended up being, and we were incredibly lucky our landlord was understanding because we really could have been screwed. We trusted our realtor and believed the false promises we were given. We purchased a very expensive home with the expectation that it would be in the same great condition we saw it in (as agreed to in the contract), and ended up with a house and yard that was filthy, full of trash, with damage that we were not expecting that was not there when we toured it. When we reached out to Ben (he was not there with us when we got the key- it was unceremoniously left at the front door) to find out our options to rectify the situation, we were treated like we were being ridiculous for expecting more since we were buying "shelter" and that's what we got. For the largest and most exciting purchase of our entire life, we at minimum expected the team that got a massive commission from the sale to at least act like they cared about us. I will not recommend this company to friends and for future home buying, we will go to a company who cares about us and our business. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer in my entire life. A year and a half later, we're still discovering things that the inspector didn't mention. My advise: actually read reviews before you work with someone. Seeing 5 stars on facebook means nothing if they're all bots hiding real reviews.

I have received repeated mailings from this real estate office offering to purchase my home for about 70 percent of what it is worth. I don't know why anyone would list their home with this company, they obviously think the public is not smart and is uninformed. Even a basic search would tell you what homes in your neighborhood are currently worth. Come on do better you are a service oriented company. Consider being trustworthy.

Kirstan took 50% of the Commission and accepted zero 0% of the responsibility. I had to pay $385 to have the house I paid $6000,000.00 cleaned, even though the written contract required I received it clean. she wasn't present at closing, refused to help.

Completely rude, Dalton Butler calls my cell phone (on the DNC) because my sister passed away and wants the listing etc. Tell him no thank you, he gets rude about bringing buyers and I just hang up. He calls back and starts yelling and I am trying to tell him about decency when someone dies and your talking to a grieving family, he keeps yelling, I hang up again and he keeps calling until I block his number. Karma is a hell of a thing and it will come around but while it is on the way stay clear of these clowns and their rude, smug, unethical business practices.

Kirstan Rogers sold my condo for me in Astoria. Kirstan is very professional, friendly and she knows what she's doing. I would definitely recommend her.

I went to an open house today (12401 Shelby court. Lake Oswego). We loved the house and expressed our interest to the realtor. She informed us that they had already accepted an offer but we're having the open house anyway to get back up offers. We told her that our realtor would call and we would make an offer. She never called our realtor back and changed the house to pending immediately after the open house was over. There were many people looking at the house today and it was a waste of everyone's time. And then they didn't even entertain offers from the people who's time they wasted.

As first time home buyers, we stumbled through a few realtors, until a friend recommended Mark Scholz to us. Mark helped us secure the first house we put an offer on. He laid out all of our options and gave us strategic advise and recommendations during the negotiations. Mark's knowledge and expertise throughout the entire house hunting and buying process was invaluable!

Leah Bush Very disrespectful, my father had passed away we have not even out the celebration of life yet. She found out his death by public information and is already calling me trying to list the house that he had. Not one word about I'm sorry for your loss. all she is about making money. My family is still grieving over this sudden loss. it could be up to a year before we even think about selling the house, as its in probate. just very very disrespectful . Give people time to mourn. After talking with my sister we will NOT use her or this company when we are ready to list house.

We made a $30,000 above asking price cash offer on a listing of Kirstan Rogers. She did not respond until after our offer expired and wanted to submit a counter offer 24 hours later, with a no inspection clause in it. Waiting to negotiate until after our offer expired was poor service. Needless to say, we did not accept her proposal ( no offer received). I imagine her seller was pretty pissed off to lose our generous cash offer with free 30 day moving clause. I would never do business with a manipulative realtor like her ever.

Wesley Johnson, who apparently works for Keller Williams Realty, was promoting some home grants on Facebook. My wife asked him very legitimate questions about it, but instead of answering her questions, blocked her and deleted her comment. SCAM ALERT!

As a retired Realtor I know what it takes to make a client satisfied, Kirstan Rogers had her work cut out with me! Kirstan took it all in stride and far exceeded our desires. We were looking in a very hot market where as soon as a property came on the market it would get multiple offers right away but in just three weeks we found our new dream home! Now we can relax and get settled in! If you are looking for a Motivated, Professional, Personable and Ethical Realtor, I highly recommend Kirstan Rogers for your Realtor!

We were recommended to John Knudtson, of Keller Williams, through a family member and we simply cannot imagine buying our first home with anyone else and cannot give him enough praise. John has been in the business in the PDX metro area a long time and knows all the ins and outs of both buying and selling homes and he shared that knowledge with us. He made the home buying process so easy for us: he had superb communication skills, was available to answer our questions pretty much at any time of day, was funny and patient, strategic and sharp, and is simply just a great guy. He helped us throughout the entire process, believed in us from the beginning, gave us tips as we began researching, scheduled an awesome home visiting tour, and ultimately got us into a cool home in our price range that met all of our requirements. We're almost sad that it's all over with now. Five out of five stars!

John Knudtson was by far the best realtor we could have asked for. We truly feel that his expertise in the field helped us find our first home and guided us through the rollercoaster of house buying in Portland. While looking at properties John let us discover what we wanted and showed us homes we were unaware of on the market. We were lucky enough to find a house the first weekend of house hunting and locked in the sale, even with another offer. He has gone above and beyond for us and promptly communicated with us every step of the way. Even throwing in some jokes along the way. I have already been recommending him to friends and family and will continue to do so.
