Not repairing or replacing products with KNOWN ISSUES (in this case AirPod Pros)?? That demonstrates Apple's foothold in tech is clearly on the decline. Limiting product support is a necessary evil to reduce their costs because Apple's profit margins are shrinking -- due to lack of innovation and product quality issues.

It's too bad. There were four or five staff in green clothes standing together chatting, but no one came to help. I told them that I had to pay for an iPad. After waiting for half an hour, no one came. It felt very discriminatory.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful in transitioning from our old phones to newer ones. Although we were there more than an hour or so going through all the process, we were greeted by at least three staff members who took turns helping us smoothly, and they all had specific roles in different stages of transactions. Overall pleasant experience!

Over the years, my experience at the Apple stores get worse and worse. The staffs are careless and show no interest or enthusiam or proud in their products. Even the staff doing presentation of products' new features is just saying memorized things - just doing a job. Apple stores now are no difference or even less exciting than other phone stores...

To echo what a lot of people are saying. Getting service in this store is a challenge. There were 10-20 employees milling around down one end of the store but barely any coverage at the other end.The only store employees who seemed interested in me being in the store were the two security guards. Both of them decided that the best way to do their job was to stand within 10 feet of me at all times.

Despite it being in downtown portland it feels clean and safe. Great public transportation connectivity. I’ve never encountered a violent homeless person or human feces along the block that the store front is on. The staff is really well organized and efficient

Even though it was a very busy day in the shop, Nick (gentleman at the Genius Bar), was super helpful and immediately took the time to assist me with my Lightning port issue. I felt like a priority and that customer service left a great impression. Experiences like this are great reminders for why I stick with Apple products, thanks again Nick! ?

Here are two actual conversations I had with this store:1. 20-something Sales guy: Can I help you?Me: I'm comparing screen sizes to find one that's similar to my current phone.Sales guy: Yes, as we get older, bigger screens are important.2. Me on the phone on my way to catch a train out of town and realizing I forgot something: Hi, I was calling to see if you have X product in stock there.Sales lady: Hi! Can you tell me your name?Me: (Tells name)Sales lady: Is this for business or personal?Me: Look, I'm kind of in a hurry and need to know if I should get off the bus at a different stop to buy product X, so can you just tell me if you have it?Sales lady: Is it for business or personal?Me: I'll go somewhere else.

I brought in my computer for a new battery, and was talked out of replacing the battery. My computer is only just over 5 years old and I think I can get another year or two out of it. I was told that my intel computer wasn't a good machine, and I could get something equivalent for not much more that replacing the battery and was sent to a salesman-- a young kid who was either ignorant or trying to put something over on me. I use the Adobe creative suite package including Premier Pro for video editing. He tried to get me to take a computer they had in store which could never accommodate the memory I needed. Anyway, I've had better experiences with used car salesmen. I don't know how much of this is the store or just Apple policy. I've been an Apple customer since the first computer, and I think it's sad they think they need to resort to this to sell their product.

Ambiance is slow now and service is pretty fast. Quality is Apple. Selection is Apple products. I was able to get my Apple Watch trade in the device and get out within 20 minutes. I know everyone can hate on Apple but remember most of you guys have an iPhone be patient and wait.

During our trip to Portland, we stopped by the Apple store to pick up an order. To our surprise, there was a lengthy queue, but despite this, we managed to enter within our allocated time slot. Inside, the store was bustling with activity and quite crowded. As we browsed and made additional purchases, it felt like there was a sense of urgency for us to complete our transactions and move along.
