Got our first package came with and advertisement for their designer Aubree, we found it very disrespectful that they would send that with our medication. This is our FIRST package from them and I would have to hope that it would never happen again

Ardon Health has been taking care of me since my neurologist put me on preventative shots for my chronic migraines. Everyone one I have dealt with there has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you get your meds as needed and on time, that you have the support supplies you need, and they assist in dealing with insurance and copay assistance programs. At Ardon, I have always felt like a person, not just a patient file.

In the beginning it was great everyone was so nice and helpful. Not sure what's going on now but I was on a very expensive specialty drug that switched to generic. My insurance will only cover the generic. Now it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer about anything. They used to be very diligent about getting my medicine to me on time now its like they could care less. I'm chopped liver now and constantly missing doses due to late deliveries.. My advice is stay on top of them, call early to get the ball rolling. Pain in the rear but don't let your health be in their hands!

Really the best pharmaceutical team I've worked with. Every member of their staff from pharmacy techs to the pharmacists are kind people who patiently answer all questions and ensure medication is delivered on time. They genuinely care and it shows.

Alan the pharmacist has been so wonderful super knowledgeable, great patient education and followed up to see if I had any questions! The rest of the staff have been helpful as well! Meds came on time.

I previously had a fairly harsh review, but I'm modifying it bc a lot of factors were outside of Ardon's control, and they have done a great job working with me to mitigate some of the issues. Some problems with insurance, then fedex lost my package another month, etc.Kerri was extremely helpful with everything to do with my prescriptions-- from payment processing, to getting them sent with a same day courier when my medications didn't come on time.While mail-in wasn't my preferred method for my medications, I realize that has to do with my insurance company and not Ardon themselves, and as a standalone they've done their best to make the process and getting my prescriptions as easy as possible.
