I can’t say enough good things about Scott from Ari Diamonds! After looking at the typical Shane co. ETC places me and my fiancé were referred to Scott and I’m so happy we were! Going in we were a little hesitant because we had now clue were to start and I’ve always thought a custom ring would be way more than the pre-made brands. Boy was I WRONG!
From beginning to end they were so honest about every step. I’ll take you through the process that we went through.
We went to the store(I had a couple designs in mind). Scott sat us down and drew out my top two options. We went to his computer and looked at diamonds. He priced out the two different designs, and told us EVERYTHING! From the diamond price, to how much platinum needed, and his hourly rate. Once I decided what design I wanted he went to work right then and there! He made a 3-D image of my ring within 15 minutes and I approved of that first design. He later sent me the second round of a more detailed 3-D image where I decided that I wanted to update it and he made that so easy to do. I came in the store 1 week later where he had the model printed and the diamonds ready for me to look at. I got to feel and do one last final approval before he got started. Once that was done he had the ring completed within 2 weeks.
I love my ring SOO MUCH and he was so fast and precise in making it!!

Scott helped me custom design an engagement ring and then he did our wedding bands. He’s very straightforward, professional, and knows his stuff. Everything was custom designed just for us and it was all surprisingly affordable. We’re very happy with the rings and overall experience and can’t recommend Ari Diamonds enough.

I called and spoke with Scott regarding a custom ring for my husband. I’d say it was a real pleasure working with him. He has a genuine passion for his work, and I can tell he loves his job.
He provided 3D designs for us to approve the design. Once we approved the design, he finished within weeks. I was expecting months. I am genuinely impressed. Amazing service! They even offer free cleanings/maintenance. Very cool.

I don’t recommend them for ring resizing. They lack attention to detail and are defensive about their work. When I went to get my ring back we all saw it’s still very loose and wasn’t sized per the measurement, the owner suggested I wore it for a couple of weeks before resizing it again, which I did. When I called back for the follow up appointment I was met with a hostile and condescending attitude, pointing the problem to my medication!!?! The experience was so upsetting and classless that I decided I needed to take the ring somewhere else for the second resize. This was sadly a waste of time and money.
I should also clarify I don’t take any medication that was their assumption.

I had a ring I sold to a customer and it was supposed to have an appraisal with it that I had gotten through ari diamonds. I unfortunately misplaced the appraisal and called to see if I could get a new one. I was disappointed to hear that the information was lost in a hard drive wipe. Talking to Scott I remembered I had a picture of the appraisal and Scott told me he would happily take the picture and print a new one for my customer! I was so relieved that he was able to do that and it saved what I thought was a disaster. It completely made my day! Shout out to Scott! Good man, good business! Highly recommended to all friends and family!

I had an engagement ring custom-made here and it was an incredibly easy and smooth process. I found a ring that was almost what I wanted to get my then-girlfriend on James Allen, showed it to Scott, asked for a couple design tweaks, and he made it happen in about 4 weeks. Amazing!
Me and my fiancee are now working on getting wedding bands made, and she was equally impressed by the simplicity of the process. Scott is knowledgeable, personable, transparent, and best of all works at a great price. My completed engagement ring was about the same price as just the setting that I wanted from James Allen.
Can't recommend this place enough!

What a pleasant experience--Scott created a beautiful custom ring, with a larger center stone and better quality metal than a similar ring we found at a local "big box" store. Quick turnaround and fabulous customer service. Highly recommend!

After visiting several big-name jewelers in the area and not finding exactly what we wanted, we stopped at Ari Diamonds on a whim after driving by it for decades. Scott was able to take example ideas and turn them into a custom ring with a larger central stone and for less then the other jewelers. The resulting ring was fantastic and we are very happy with it. I won't hesitate to recommend others check him out in the future.

I went to Ari in the hopes of using the sapphire stones from my mom’s old ring in a new setting and style that was more to my taste. Scott was very friendly and was able to help me redesign the setting from a few ideas that I had in mind. The whole process was easy and I had great communication through each step. Now I have a beautiful custom piece with my mom’s sapphires that I will wear often and enjoy for years to come. Thank you!

Our experience with Ari was everything I'd expect with no fluff. We needed a diamond ring resized. They offered a quote before they saw it and said it would only take a day or two, depending on when we brought it in. When I brought it in they stood by their quote and turned it around in a day. And their fees were less than most folks. Looking at it, you'd never know it was a different size. And they cleaned it like it was new. Super friendly people as well.
