Once purchase has been made, don’t expect any customer service. Delivery was a joke. I was told they only deliver on Wednesdays. Scheduled a Wednesday off work. Then in the middle of that Wednesday I was told the delivery truck broke down and that the delivery would be the next day. I was given no other option. I did some research and found that the delivery truck breaking down is a common excuse. This made me take a second day off of work. I do not get paid time off work and do you think they cared? Nope.Delivery did happen Thursday however later then scheduled. We received one damaged chair and one with ink pen on it. After showing the delivery guy he couldn’t help me. Although seemingly very nice and hard working, all three of the delivery guys spoke no English. They seemed unsure what to do. They took pictures and tried calling the Ashley customer service. Of course that was closed. All he could try to tell me was call tomorrow.The next morning at 7:40 I received a call from delivery service asking how things went. After I told him if the damaged chair, I told him I’d like to drop it off at the store on Sunday. Then was told since I signed the delivery form that I had to keep it?! I explained the language barrier and fact that they had been closed at time of delivery and was then told a manager would call me in 24-48hrs.I’m now being told from the store manager that they have to schedule a pickup time, meaning more time off work! Then she offered to waive the “premium delivery fee” for all of my inconvenience. What a joke!! They expect me to take 3 days off work (2 for delivery and 1 for damaged chair pick up) then waive the delivery fee?!I highly suggest to shop elsewhere. Save your money. At Ashley all you’ll do is pay premium price for horrible customer service and excuses.

Horrible. Bobby told us that the movers would be able to move our mattress into another room. Just to find out that they won’t even touch our old furniture. Headboard came damaged so have to wait another 2 weeks. This is a joke.
