I would avoid shopping at this location. The staff is not nice and they are not informative on their products.
I felt pretty humiliated leaving the store today.
I recommend to shop where consumers feel appreciated and brand loyalty can be trusted.

Very nice greeting at the door. Very nicely greeted. They still don’t carry men’s which they should! Inventory choices were great, but not in order on the racks. Had to search for sizes. Seems crazy with the numbers and employee that they have.
People on the floor are awesome. Very helpful putting outfits together. Couldn’t have asked for a better representation of the company.
Just need men’s!

I did not feel welcome here yesterday. No one greeted me, and I went for a return and the sales woman immediately said “is this over 30 days?” in a hostile voice as if assuming I was trying to get away with something. I was taken aback. She could have said hi, want to check it’s less than 30 days, right? In reality I’m a longtime online customer and this item was ordered last week. I had been looking forward to my trip to a brick and mortar Athleta but the interaction set a poor tone.

Brand new linen pants ripped at the inner thigh less than a year after their purchase - and you know, linen, it's not like I wore them in the winter, so after very limited use. Obviously very low quality fabric (the Cabo linen pants btw). I was advised to return them to the parent company because they would have to "evaluate" whether I could be refunded for a defective product, and warned they might decide it was ok for products to fail less than a year after their purchase and just return the torn pants to me with no refund. It's been over a month since the return and two phone calls, and Athleta has done nothing, per their phone reps. If I didn't call and follow up I'm not sure anything would ever happen - in fact still not sure. Careful what you purchase from this company.

Great sale at Athleta. I love their clothes and it was a treat to walk in at Washington Square. We don’t have an Athleta store in Eugene.

I have been in here twice in the last couple of weeks and experienced the same rude and seemingly bothered employee both times. She made both me and my mom feel like an inconvenience for being there shopping, asking questions, and needing sizes or things to be looked up online. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought that was their job? My mom was super excited about using her new athleta card and the woman basically ruined the experience for her. Not only that, a size they didn't have in store had to be ordered online was not given the discount because she said it was a separate purchase. Not sure why we should be penalized for the size not being in store on a purchase she should have been getting 20% off on. We will be visiting Washington square from here on out in hopes of better, more friendly customer service. We went to the one in bend and were treated so wonderfully. It's a bummer to have experienced this issue with this woman not once but twice. Giving two stars because we love the quality of the clothes and made a big purchase.

Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store has a great layout and lots of wonderful pieces to look at. I love Athleta and their clothes!

Great Place to Shop, the floor employees are always eager to help me find my way. This is my SO's favorite place to get her athletic clothes, therefore this is my go to place for birthday/holiday shopping. They tend to have a very uplifting, positive attitude every time I go even when customers give them a hard time. 10/10 will keep shopping here.

I walked into Athleta because it was a newer store... and I like to wear Athleisure wear. I was told that they don't have my size. I walked out thinking... "How does that salesperson know what size I am?" I walked into every other store on that block. I was greeted with a friendly "Hello" inside every other store. I purchased something at another store. And when I was walking out of Athleta I was told by a friendly passerby... "They're racist." I think it's all of the stores on this block, though. I have been back to next block over from this block many different times. I have free Coffee and other items waiting for me at the Local coffee shops. And, they do carry my size.... I won't shop if I'm being racially profiled. The salesperson called me a name as I was leaving Athleta as well.
