I and my friend moved to Portland, OR from Reading, PA without ever been in Portland but for a short trip. So I did not know the area well. Brad Wulf took the time to steer me through the different neighborhoods and find a home to meet my needs as well as my budget. He is excellent to go through the pluses and minuses of the choices, gently steering you from a bad choice. So I fully recommend Brad. He is knowledgeable and has energy and humor. He is very useful.

Atlas North Real Estate Group!!!!! It's undeniably what Bradley Wulf and his team accomplished for me. Five years ago I began the transition into selling my adorable NE Bungalow of over 21 yrs. What to do from there. Brad came to my home and sat with me. He was there to know me first. That position is where this gentle man remained until the sale AND closing. Last week it was final. He absolutely eased my way through the horrid ups and downs of the process. He understood the emotional hardship and was there! The team cared for my home for over 2 mos as if it were there own. Brad Wulf helped me sell my house a few years ago. It was a difficult sell, and he worked like crazy to make it happen. He went above and beyond!
