Chris at 3rd avenue Portland, OR store spent 2.5 hours with me to figure out how to get my daughters watch to work through my firstnet phone plan. It was a big work around but he was calm, helpful, good mannered & cheery. Thank you soooo much Chris for not giving up & taking the time to learn something new on the job!! I really appreciate it as I know my 13 year old will even more! :) thx again! Erin B.

Katie at the Downtown Portland OR was wonderful. She was courteous, efficient and confident she could help. We have been trying to unblock our prepaid wireless account for 2 days, being directed to 3 different locations and driving the city, spending several hours on the phone at 611 where the agent told me AT&T could not help me so We should just buy a new phone. We are so glad we finally gave AT&T one more chance and Katie offered to help us.
