Wow, just had probably the best customer service ever at this AT & T store location! I have been an AT & T customer for decades. I was experiencing issues with my phone applications, Brauk at this store location sorted it out in no time ! He was so helpful and patient and explained the issues and how to correct. In the meantime, Aaron was researching ways for me to save money on my plan. Cannot say enough good things about Brauk and Aaron, great customer service and makes me grateful I am an AT & T customer!

I recently visited the AT&T store on Broadway to upgrade my phone, and the experience was amazing! The entire team was helpful, but I especially want to recognize Aaron, the manager, for making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Aaron took the time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to understand--no confusing jargon, just clear and friendly advice. He helped me find the perfect phone for my needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. His patience and professionalism truly stood out!
Thanks to Aaron and the team, I walked out with a great new phone and a plan that fits my lifestyle perfectly. If you're looking for top-notch service, this AT&T store is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Brauk Wood went above and beyond explaining the features of our new S25 plus phones. He is the best AT&T salesman we have ever had at AT&T and we have been AT&T customers for 28 years. AT&T could use more employees like Brauk to better their company.

I had a really great time here! The manager Aaron, helped me get a trade in all set up super easily. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I came looking for specifically and upgrade to a S25 and they were able to do a trade in the same day! Overall a really pleasant experience, thanks Aaron!

Brauk is incredibly helpful and personable. As a salesman, he was very informative about my available options while also being receptive to my needs as the consumer. I had an amazing sales men help me for almost four hours today. He set up my new IPhone and IPad. I am starting a new job and could not get the apps to work but he made sure that everything was signed in and working right.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in on June 24 to reinstate service on my phone after trying a diferent carrier. I told Markus I did not want to purchase new products because I am tyrying to stay within a budget. He told me that if I signed up for a new iphone and apple watch it would only cost $65/month, so I agreed to that cost. The very next day I saw my bill, which was way over $65 and went into the store to try to return my products because this was not what I agreed to. Markus told me he could not make the returns for me because his manager was not in the store and I had 14 days to bring back the products so I could come back. So on June 29 I went back into the store, told Nick what had happened and he looked at my bill and agreed that there was no way that I was going to get $65/month with these products. He tried a few different ways to try to get my bill lower but was unable to so I told him I need to return the products becuase I was misled from another employee from this store. He then told me he'd have to charge me $55 per item to return, even though he agreed that what happened was unprofessional. He then charged me $110 in store and told me I'd have to call AT&T billing department to get reimbursed for the restocking fees. So I called AT&T on July 1st, where the woman I spoke with told me that I should have not paid that restocking fee in the store and it should have been put on the bill or the fees should have been waived in the store where I bought and returned the items. She told me there was no note in my records indiating that I paid the restocking fees and would need to go back into the store to have them add a note to my account that I paid the restocking fees in order for them to be credited to my account. So I went to a different location becuase I do not trust the eployees at the Loyd District store, had the note added and then when I called AT&T back the next person I spoke with could not hep me and I am still in the process of tring to get reimbursed for the restocking fees after being lied to by an employee at this location. I would have never agreed to sign up for the new phone and apple watch had Markus been transparent about the actual price and the restocking fees. This store should have waived the restocking fees in the store when I was there to make things right on their end. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any AT&T employees in the decade that I have been with them.

Had a great experience, needed to upgrade a phone and realized I had 3 lines I wasn’t even using. Markus was great, he helped me removed the lines, get a lower bill, and pick up a brand new iPhone. Great and knowledgeable, plus superb customer service. Very happy!

Markus gave the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere and opens the door for other customers and makes sure all are greeted. The service was super speedy too!!!
