Met Jason in person, who offered a good deal. I signed up, thinking I was getting a fair plan. Fast forward to my first bill: over $100 more than promised. I tried to fix it over the phone and ended up with extra services I didn’t ask for — they actually added a second line to my account. Insane.

In person, Jason was super friendly and persuasive. He walked me through a “special offer” that was supposed to save me money. Instead, I got hit with extra charges and somehow ended up with three lines on my account. I only needed ONE. No one takes accountability. Beware of their shady tactics.

I went into the AT&T store and spoke with Jason, who promised me a simple, affordable plan. Everything sounded great — until the bill came. Not only was I charged more than we agreed on, but when I called to fix it, customer service added a second line to my account without my permission. Total scam!

I was misled, overcharged, and ignored. Jason promised me a deal that simply doesn’t exist on paper. After signing, AT&T slapped me with hidden fees and said there was nothing they could do. Customer service was no help, they even added more lines without telling us. I'm furious and switching providers.

I don’t usually write reviews, but AT&T and Jason earned this one. I was scammed into signing up based on promises of a $75/month plan. My first bill? Over $130. Fees, bogus charges, and excuses. Avoid this company and especially Jason at all costs

Stay FAR AWAY from AT&T. Jason completely scammed me. He promised me one price over the phone, and then I was charged something totally different. There were hidden fees that were NEVER mentioned in the agreement. Total bait and switch. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of transparency.

Jason from AT&T gave me a great-sounding offer — too bad it was a total lie. My first bill was DOUBLE what he quoted. I went back and read the agreement, and there’s nothing in there about half the charges I got hit with. This is fraud, plain and simple.

The store was busy and two employees were able to assist three of us at the same time. Jason helped me figure out what was the best option of a phone and what I needed. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly suggest going to this location and ask for Jason. He will get you what you need, without extra fluff.

I am leaving this review for Jason , who showed exceptional patience and diplomacy following a stressful customer service encounter. After many mistakes made on my transaction at the store , Jason really showed up and saved the day . He was apologetic for my struggles and helped me find a solution. He also told me he has been working diligently to turn the store around for the better. I believe him . I thank Jason for showing up and helping turn a disappointing experience into a positive one .

The two gentlemen that assisted my mom getting her first iPhone were beyond professional. They conducted their work flawlessly and were willing to help figure anything out we all may have had a question about. Canyon and Bryson are absolutely future leaders. I think with their work ethic and will to get the job done, I would consider hiring them for my own company. They are valuable AT&T employees and deserve a promotion in all honesty.
