Emmanuel was friendly, helpful and extremely competent - a great asset to the company. If I ever experience an issue with my new phone I'll reach out to him immediately.

After a fruitless attempt to fix my phone working with the back office 800 number I was overjoyed working with the new store manager at this location. When I walked in he had just finished helping another customer who left very satisfied with the prompt and attentive service. I too, was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. The manager was effective, efficient and incredibly capable. If I need help in the future, I will without a doubt be visiting this location.

I had a very challenging situation a couple months ago when my phone completely died. I bought a phone at the Apple Store and had to go into AT&T to get my number switched over. I ran into a lot of road blocks due to security concerns. I believe his name was John who helped me for 2 days to get everything sorted out. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything situated. He was very kind and patient. Thank you so much John!

One word. Emmanuel. He made trading in my phone enjoyable. I look forward to my next upgrade just so I can pop over here and giggle. That’s what wireless service should be about. Emmanuel is S tier AT&T manager and I do not like management. I want to gatekeep this AT&T store but I’m here for the people and the people need to know where to go. This is the place.

We tried to walk in at 3:50 and the door was locked. Posted store hours are 10-7. We stood there for a moment, confused, and then an ATT employee walked up to us with a Subway bag and said he was on his lunch break and was entitled to it even though he was scheduled solo for the day. I absolutely agree that he deserved his lunch break. I absolutely DISAGREE that he was scheduled solo. If your posted hours are 10-7, you must be open 10-7. Not closed for a random hour because you can’t be bothered to schedule enough employees. Unacceptable.

Had a great experience at this AT&T store! Kayla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—they walked us through our options clearly and offered a lot of helpful tips we hadn’t even thought of. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and expert support!

If you go in to upgrade your old phone and they tell you that you have to agree to a program that cost x amount to get your phone at a given rate, but you can cancel after 14 days and not before. BS. I will never go back to this att.

My service randomly went out today on both phones. I called them to see if they could check if there was a service outage in my area. I was met with a very unhelpful representative at the store and the only way he could help me is if I came into the store
Inconveniencing me instead of just checking to see if there was an outage.

The staff are very nice and willing to help unfortunately many of them are not trained well. I have come in trying to get my sim card working, and the staff are unable to get my data connection working, on multiple occasions with multiple different phones. One staff member on 6/14/2024, I believe her name was Kayla (i might be spelling it incorrectly) was the first person to actually give me info on how to fix my connectivity issue. if you are having sim issues, or any ATT network issues, just skip this location and call att directly

The manager here told me that our current discount was expiring the very day I walked in (what coincidental timing!) and if we took no action, our monthly bill would increase by $60 the next day if we didn't take action now and sign a new plan with him that involved adding two new lines to the account (surprise trivia! did you know they get commission for adding new lines?). Went to a corporate store just afterwards to put out the fire; no expiring discount plan, no new lines needed to maintain it... a total sales fabrication. Wasted 2 more hours of our time and brought in another account holder from out of town to fight this false alarm. Not appreciated.
AT&T could not make this process more confusing for the customer, what with differing stories from reps over the phone, to this affiliate (sales) store and at the corporate store locations. Looking forward to moving to Verizon after our phones are paid off.

Sales Rep Spencer went above and beyond for me when helping me set up a new plan with their service. He alleviated all my concerns when switching phone operating systems, answering all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and made the process completely stress free. I highly recommend this store!

How to lose a customer 101. We went to this location to switch service. At first our interaction was great, until an existing customer walked in. The rep said she’d just be a second and was going to check her in while we looked for our port number, something she could not figure out. I had it before she even walked over to greet the customer. She acknowledged and said I’ll just be a minute. Well the customer started with “this so going to take a while”. She had multiple phones, iPhone imei numbers written on paper, just when I thought she might be done explaining she wiped out a tablet. She had a laundry list of questions the rep was ready to answer and solve all her problems. Now it’s been 15 minutes no communication from the rep, despite us clearly hearing every step of their conversation and realizing we were being disregarded, she took on a very complicated situation and left us hanging. While sitting there we received an email stating we weren’t eligible for the plan she was signing us up for because we needed to be Costco employees not just members as she stated. We jumped on the web and we were able to switch to Verizon in that time frame and we ended up with better service for $50 a month less. As frustrating as it was to be completely disrespected and ignored it worked out in our favor. We did walk out, the rep didn’t even acknowledge we were leaving, she said nothing, didn’t contact us after the fact. I was a loyal AT&T customer for over 11 years and I was ready to come back. I will say I am much happy being back at Verizon, the first carrier I ever used! In this world you have to work through the downpour to see the rainbows. Thanks AT&T for letting us use your wifi to obtain Verizon service!

Compassion isn't what I expect at AT&T. I went there to replace my phone after it conked out during one of the most stressful weeks of my life. Bit by bit, Kaiya assembled the phone and wireless plan that I needed. The final package was perfect. Kaiya displayed professionalism -- but I'll remember him for his kindness.
