Compassion isn't what I expect at AT&T. I went there to replace my phone after it conked out during one of the most stressful weeks of my life. Bit by bit, Kaiya assembled the phone and wireless plan that I needed. The final package was perfect. Kaiya displayed professionalism -- but I'll remember him for his kindness.

Stopped in while I was already in the area to ask a completely unrelated question, and the ever so helpful Miss Mikayla not only got me the answers I was seeking, but also helped me to save an additional $10/month on my personal cell phone bill, which I wasn’t even expecting since I am already an AT&T Mobile customer and have been for well over a decade.So nicely done, AT&T. Way to step up and go the extra mile, even in the little things to reward your long-time customers who have already proven their loyalty, instead of only ever striving to gain new accounts/business only.Excellent customer service, Mikayla! I was helped my Mason at the 9220 Barbur Blvd. store. Mason was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. All other Associates at this location are wonderful as well. A very well-run store.

Mason at your Barbur Blvd store inPortland is a hero. I have struggled doing a port transfer for over two months trying to finalize the transfer of the third and final line on or account. He came to the rescue today. You are lucky to have someone managing your store like Mason!

I had an amazing visit the other day at the AT&T store on Barbur Boulevard. I'm pretty sure the sales rep that helped me is named Mason. He was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and fast working especially for being the only sales rep in the store. He was very quick at getting my phone ordered (Google Pixel 7 Pro) and got me a great plan for it. I have been with AT&T for going on probably about 4 or 5 years now, and this is the store I will always go to. Always friendly guys in there and Mason sure helped me a lot, my phone should be arriving this morning I'm so excited!

The staff was nice and friendly, but I was told I would have to call customer service to cancel Next Up and a protection plan. I asked if I could opt out in store and was told no. When I called customer service, I was told I could not cancel Next Up for 14 days because they’d already added it in store and I was in a Buyers Remorse Period. When I told customer service I’d asked to decline in store, I was told it was a store issue and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I don’t want Next Up and don’t want to be charged!

My daughter graduated from college and we decided to buy a new iphone 14 as one of her presents. Kaiya was the rep and extremely friendly, informative and genuinely cared to help us and make the experience easy, effortless and saved us money on our plan. Very enjoyable to to this store!

This store cheated me out of a promotion for buying one cell phone and getting on free. I have nothing good to say about this store, or for AT&T for employee sales people that would lie and treat someone that way. Needless todsay, I went to another provider.

I came in to transfer my iPhone and iPad from my company account to my own account. They were honest enough to say that is usually difficult for them (bring a franchise store) and I might be better served at a an corporate AT&T store.So while I did not actually do what I needed to do at the store, I really appreciated their honesty which saved me time!

Tanus was so great. He went out of his way to get everything off of an old phone into the new phone. The old phone was black in the middle third of the phone. He never gave up and finally was able to transfer all the very precious pictures of our grandchildren. We are so grateful for his care he took with our problem. We would recommend him to everyone.
