The Mall 205 AT&T location has been the very best I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot. Not only have my issues been resolved far quicker and more comprehensive than others. I always tend leave better informed and more confident. Not only that, the extended hours of this location have allowed me to tend to issues adjacent to my chaotic work schedule. A great informed staff really makes a difference.

Excellent service!!! I came in to AT&T with a problem with my phone. I currently am getting phone service with AT&T which is excellent. Anyways the salesman was super helpful and very patient with me!! I highly recommend AT&T best cell phone company!! I’ve used competitors in the past and wasn’t very happy with them!!

1 I am extremely dissatisfiedI walked in with a working phone was told that the new phone that I had purchased is not compatible with AT&t's network which I understand i am returning the phone.However they deactivated the 4G service on my previously working phone and refused to assist in any troubleshooting to help me restore it now I am burdened with a problem the manager Anthony has left me to deal with on my own I was even asked to leave the store!! The manager Anthony has extremely terrible customer service skills and should not hold that position

I went in today with a few issues and Chanel me out with every one of them. She was very patient, polite and knowledgeable about the solutions. I suggest going in to see Chanel instead of an authorized retailer! :)

I was told to go to this store from another AT&T store because the store could not handle my issue. I worked with the manager and he was attentive and truly listened to my issue then figured a way to solve my issue. I’ll go back. Thank you so much from a very grateful Veteran’s widow.

Had the dis pleasure by having David help us. He is a Bold Face Liar and turned what should have been a 20 minute transaction into a 2 hour nightmare. He stereo typed us the second we walked in the door and was hard pressed to sell us anything. He falsly told us a deposit was twice what it really was and when we called his bluff you could see in his face that he was caught. He intentionally messed up our account to make it seem we were out of luck. Only until we proved over and over again the deposit was 200 not 450 did he finally call for help and he was extremely rude to his own co workers over the phone. The entire visit was one lie after another from this guy up to the very end when e states he had to verify the screen worked so he has to open the box. Anyone with a brain stem known that’s not true. He is smug liar and should be unemployed as more deserving people could use that job he is wasting. I know I’m not the only victim of his deceit and AT&T should be embarrassed to have him as an employee. I could go on and on about the piece of garbage. Quick tidbit. About 2 years ago had exact same experience from him from stereo type to lying to make us leave. I dress comfortable how i like it. His fingernail polish chipping away was very distasteful. And health hazard. His hygiene should be assessed and addressed by managent. When you smell like yesterdays trash you shouldn’t judge others

I would have to say that this was the quickest and easiest prepaid payment I’ve ever made with well above and beyond great service by the gentleman who helped me I was there maybe five minutes max and that was a couple minutes conversation as well

All of the AT&T reps were amazing! Aaron H was extremely patient and helpful even though the wifi in the store was down and my order was extremely difficult and lengthy to process he remained professional and courteous for the entire duration of our interaction. AT&T had lots of roadblocks that made his job more difficult than it should have been, but he was able to complete my order and get everything I wanted from my visit.

Dana Lopez was amazing! She walked me through step-by-step on how to transfer information from old phone to my new one. And if I was still in business, and not retired, I would try to steal her away from AT&T.

Whole experience was terrible. Went to this store because the Auth dealer said they are a corporate store and would have better deals. We walked in and were greeted by Aaron. I jokingly said wow were you waiting just for us? I was happy there was no wait. He quickly responded with "not really". We sat down and started asking about the deals on new phones we were told about. He shot them all down as the phones are unavailable. I finally said well the iPhone 13 you can order in correct? He was clearly irritated w our questions and the fact that some tower was down. He took my sim card out of my phone and put it in his so some code would be sent to his phone?? I'm researching exactly what he was doing or what info he might have accessed doing this. He started ordering the phone and I had to stop him because I was like wait! We have questions and aren't sure yet! At one point I actually said to him "am I irritating you?" He responded with "its ok"! He mentioned a new phone would put us in a 3yr contract. I told him that was fine we had been w Verizon and would never go back to which he responded "I have Verizon and I'm totally happy w them". So I'm thinking maybe I should now check Verizon out again! Nice job Aaron! We had a lot to do that day and I didn't want to start over so I just stopped talking and let my husband finish up the deal. I would have just walked out but I just wanted to get him his phone and be done. Let me also mention we called the night before to try and schedule an appt the next day and Aaron was the one who answered the phone and he was even rude then! When my husband went into the store to pick up the phone, because even though Aaron insisted he wasn't supposed to have them delivered to the stores for customers but we insisted [ a lot of mail theft in our neighborhood and didn't want to risk it getting stolen] Mr Aaron was there. My husband asked how his day was going and he grumbled "it sucks". Another employee handed my husband the phone and he asked it they could transfer his info from his old phone to his new phone. No one wanted to help. Obviously they work on commission. Aaron did walk over to help him...so there's one good thing I can say about him. Regardless for this being a corporate store it's terrible. Customer service is forgotten.
