Bought a screen protector with a warranty and it’s been an absolute nightmare to use the warranty. Cant get a replacement unless the main person on the account comes in with me, which isn’t an option in my case. Wish I knew I was wasting my money when I bought the protector. Really bad policy.

I thought I was getting a good deal — turns out I was just getting tricked. The first bill came with over $60 in fees I was never told about. When I called to dispute them, I was told they were “standard.” Funny how they’re never mentioned in-store.

Watch out for this store’s pricing tricks. They promote one price, then pile on hidden costs once you’ve signed up. I saw charges for insurance I never requested, and “add-on lines” I didn’t approve. Total scam. Make sure you check your account after every visit.

Everything looked great until the bill came. I signed up thinking I was getting a $75/month plan, but between the mysterious “service fees,” “recovery charges,” and “line access,” my total was over $130. Nothing was clearly explained. Classic hidden fee scam.

The amount of hidden fees is outrageous. I was quoted a monthly rate in-store, but my first bill was nearly double. They never mentioned activation fees, upgrade charges, or extra services I didn’t ask for. Total bait and switch. I feel completely misled.

I was having trouble reactivating my new phone online and over the phone. The helpful staff at the ATT store near the Airport pulled up my account and had me back up and running with next no no headache. I would recommend this particular ATT store over some of the other locations, such as the store on West 11th Ave in Eugene, where the service far less helpful and I was overcharged for the same service I received here.

I signed up here for 4 lines around Christmas. Worker was friendly. A month later, I discover features I did not want specifically Att Next and the Att Insurance, were added. I spent hours on the phone with customer service to get those removed. Felt very much like fraud, clearly this worker tacked these on.
THEN after my bill stabilized (“takes 2-3 billing cycles”) I am being charged $280 per month, not $175 as quoted. I have the original quote. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed to no avail. Ridiculous! Thankfully I have a copy of the original quote. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE! Ask for it via email. Be wary!
