I am in another state an authorized user on my account tried to trade in her device at this location and they would not honor the “Galaxy Any Year, Any Condition” promo for the S24 preorders AFTER we already got the device. I ended up going to a store in my home state (Arizona) and they honored it and even sent the authorized user the shipping label and physical copies of the trade in receipt that shows the promotion. 5 stars for my home store. This location needs better training and/or management as they nearly forced us to return a second device after they failed to honor a promotion the first time. They costed us unnecessary restock fees and my authorized user was forced to not have a working phone at all for 3 days, which is unacceptable in today’s age. We both know never to visit this location ever again. They won’t take your trade in, and charge fees that should not be charged. I hope to see a change in management here as that’s the store closest to them.Edit: We were going to also purchase over $200 in accessories at this store today as well, but I decided that I’d rather purchase them here in Arizona, pay sales tax, and ship them to them myself. They do not deserve my money.

I love this AT&T store. I was just in there this weekend and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They were also informative and I left feeling that I was provided all the information so that I could make an informative decision. Thank you for your great service AT&T.

This place is horrible, there's only 1 rep and he doesn't know much. I went today to cancel my service and there was a "went to lunch sign"on the door!! This is unacceptable. Hire more. Will never recommend this store.

Real sad place used to be booming inventory. Multiple sales people now only one person and he was great but there's no inventory of anything. So sorry for the guy

Amazingly attentive care for a phone upgrade and a set of galaxy buds from Patrick! Most smoothe experience I've ever had at an AT&T!If you want to upgrade your Samsung tech, he's probably the most knowledgeable.Tysm for great customer service and patience. ?

A guy wanted me to pay in cash for a service that was supposed to be free. I called AT&T, and they said they shouldn't charge me anything. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Started a new account at this location and it has been absolute nightmare. Was completely mislead by the manager for a sale and it has ended up costing my family hundreds of dollars with no resolution or accountability. I have gone back to location four times and the only help I received was to reset a passcode that was set on our account without telling us what it was. I have called customer service seven times to be told that I have to keep a third line I did not agree to start, get rid of my phone number I have had many years or pay off the new phone I got completely and loose the credit I received for turning my old phone in. Honestly wish I would have taken my business to another carrier.
