My employee had to stop by this store to fix a car we sold. He asked to use the restroom to clean his hands and was rudely told no. This is shameful, we use AutoZone all over the US and have never been told no to wash our hands.

Staff are always helpful and nice. I'm not very knowledgeable about car engines and they always answer my questions.
I went in on Thursday right before they closed, and not only were they not grumpy that I was in there when they closed, but an employee ran back in after closing to grab my phone that I left sitting on the counter.

I came in to get a new battery for my VW Jetta. Marz was nice and professional, he was honest about a wait time to install the battery but installed it sooner and got me on the road in no time.

Love this store! I was having trouble with my battery and Mars immediately figured out I had a bad battery and ordered a replacement. The replacement came within a couple of days and he even installed the battery for me. Can’t say enough good things about this store!!!

I came in to replace my battery on my friend's 2011 Honda Accord. Marz was super helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. Showed me there was a bunch of nuts and shells under the hood, so I'll be cleaning those out and looking out for squirrels in the car. Marz made sure I really needed a new battery before charging me anything. Even taught me how to replace the battery myself. In the end, the battery cost half of what I got quoted elsewhere. I'm super glad I came here and thank you, Marz!

Went here to try and find a replacement headlight and some guy in a managers uniform named Mars was threatening to fart on people?? I tried to say something cause the teenagers he seemed to be working with all looked really uncomfortable. He got so defensive and escalated about it I ended up going somewhere else. Really weird and uncomfortable. Try anywhere else.

Mars, the person behind the desk manically laughing at me for being upset "for doing his job correctly"...
Let's go down the list. They didn't order parts that they said they did. Some parts they ordered that the computer showed in store but he couldn't find them.
I spelled my name out four times and they kept saying it wrong to other employees looking for my parts. He goes Harley and I say no H a r l a n Harlan and he responds, yeah. At this rate, I know he is not listening.
Parts they did have that I ordered:
Very clearly, I ordered a set of leaf springs and was told a price, and then I paid said price over the phone only to arrive and be told I needed to pay for the other one... (While in store, I found many available sets from reputable retailers for less than or equal to the cost of one spring from Autozone)
To finish everything off the other part that they maybe had (they never actually looked) was ordered by my partner, and Mars said that they needed to pick it up, not me. That person is out of state for a funeral. I told them in six years of picking up parts that my partner had ordered, never was this a thing. It wasn't until I was, at this point, reasonably upset and leaving that they tell me that I could call the person and have them confirm that I'm picking it up. Why not provide that option to begin with? I feel like the more errors on their end that occurred, the more defensive laughy and snarky they became. I've most definitely never been laughed at by an employee before. Definitely was upsetting, to say the least. Kinda bummed to say I'll never step foot in this store again, it was a convenient location, but I would never want to do business with that particular person.
What a ridiculous experience to endure.

Get in the zone, Autozone!!!! It's like a weekly visit here for me. I've always got some project that I'm working on that needs some wire, fuse, switch, or relay. Autozone has you covered.
