Above-and-beyond help from Juan…gave me a few screws to secure the bottom of my rear license plate and, when I realized there weren’t any bottom holes in the car for them, gave me some thick two-sided foam tape that did the trick…no more frame rattle when I close the back of my RAV4! Kind, helpful folks at this location…I’ll be back!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jackie, one of the managers here. I have never had someone go so above and beyond to help me, she was so incredible, informative, and just kind to me. I can say that she has officially sold me on Auto Zone, and I will be coming directly to this location for any car needs from here forward, solely because of how well she took care of me and how she treated me. She is a literal angel, thank you Jackie!!! Sorry for O’Reilly because Auto Zone just won over one of their longtime customers.
You’re lucky to have someone like her representing your company, she is a great asset and I’m sure I’m not the first to express how wonderful she is. Restores my faith in humanity. Seriously.

Jackie is THE best. Answered my questions in a friendly and efficient manner and showed me (at my request) how to install my new car battery. Gave me some helpful tips as well on maintenance. Can’t recommend her enough. Jackie deserves a bonus and raise and a high five!

Called about a new battery, Jared was helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Gave me a range of options in pricing. Once I got there he installed the new battery which ended up being harder than we anticipated. He knocked it out with no complaints like a champ. He took my old battery and it was a wrap. Great experience!

Awful customer service Gabriella did not help me at all whatsoever. I have never been into an AutoZone and been treated worse. I left to go to the one I normally visit instead and they helped me with no issue.

That's my go to part's store in a hurry. They usually have what I need if not they can order and on occasion they have raw material that I can use to fabricate some of the more basic parts I need.
