Two years ago I five stared this location. However this morning not sure if the employees have a case of the fridays but man were they rude to us after making a purchase I sat in my car looking over the paperwork for what I had just bought an employee walked out to my car after approx. 4 mins and asked if I needed help with anything else and to remind me that no work on cars in the parking lot. After standing there another min I just left but if you can go to a different auto parts store I would recommend it.

I went to get brake pads and rotors for a 2012 Corolla S. The employee, who had absolutely 0 customer service, came out with the parts. I went to install and realized everything he gave me was completely wrong. The rotors were too big and brake pads were tiny. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Will never go to AutoZone again.

I went on a very hot day I don't know very much about cars. But Silas B helped me so fantastic he went no just the extra mile but like ten miles extra thank you AutoZone for having this kind of employee we need more people like him, I definitely love AutoZone especially the one on Duke and 82nd I never go other place

I came here looking for a rear differential mount. They didn’t know what that was and were literally arguing with me showing me pictures of motor mounts! I got tired of them and went straight to Oreilly. They knew exactly what it was and an hour later I’ve done my repair.

I visited this location today because I needed a new battery for my 2012 Jeep Patriot. I didn't expect anything but good customer service, honestly, because that's how I approach every customer service situation, as far as being the customer. Also I've been to this location before and always received good customer care. Everyone knows nowadays that hiring good staff is very difficult for employers, but let's remember the EMPLOYEES because if their employer thinks things are tight for herself/himself/them, then you can bet the front-line hourly folks really feel the pinch. I hope this company pays its employees above minimum wage, and gives them good benefits, and overall treats them fairly because it's a high-stress job, I imagine, when you're dealing with broken-down vehicles and people who don't know what they're doing as far as vehicles, and they can be anxious and rude to the employee trying to help. What I saw today from all the staff, towards customers, was professional, but more than that it was that I could tell that the staff in there today cares about what they do and want to help people. So huge kudos to the staff that I saw at the SE 82nd location today and thank you! You deserve working A/C too cause, " Whoosh," was it warm in there this afternoon with all those windows!

Worse than useless. Guy couldn’t find me a smaller fan belt. He recommended harbor freight and Home Depot for fan belts. I’m like, seriously? Neither of those stores carry fan belts, what a jerk.

Just wanted to thank the kind gentleman who helped me out on Monday. He was super helpful while choosing a battery and windshield wipers for my car, and very patient. Give that man a raise!! ?

Just needed to get a few lights for my license plate and ended up getting reassurance on a break issue I wasn't sure of that really helped me out it's nice when people go the extra mile with being helpful! Definitely recommend the employees here have great customer service! Much Appreciated!
