Ordered a clearcoat pen for in-store pickup; two hours later it's still not ready. Called to check order status and nobody was answering the phone. Better just drive here and grab it myself. If you're understaffed and couldn't offer in-store pickup, then just don't offer it on the website, instead of wasting customer's time.

Gotta be the worst autozone in town. You call and they hang up on you. Avoid this location. Terrible customer service they are all moody 24/7. Just look at all the recent bad reviews…

Every single time I go in here for something I have to wait at the registers for ten minutes, while multiple workers just dodge the cash registers. It has been horrible over the last year especially. If you are trying to get something quick, it's not happening this is the worst auto zone I have been to.

Came in here to get a battery change and was told that they can’t install due shortage of staff . Drove 5 miles away to another AutoZone and they told me that three times they had customers have to come back to that AutoZone because they didn’t want to help install batteries very unhappy I had drive 15 mins for help

Tanner G provided me excellent service. I walked past 3 different employees, however Tanner was the only one that asked if I needed help. He was very knowedgeable about oil types abd helped me find exactly what I was looking for. While I was standing in line two employees were arguing about a customer issue in public, but Tanner saw that nobody was helping me. He stopped his stocking effort and quickly checked me out, while the other employees continued to argue. I hope Tanner is there the next time I need something.
