I came in tonight for power steering fluid& see how much inner tie rods were. The dude that was “trying” to help me was trying to explain to me that I needed cv axles not inner tie rods. When I explicitly said I. Do. Not. Need. Axles. I needed inner tie rods. I even explained that I had recently replaced the outer tie rods on my car. Which yes you can take an axle apart, but that’s not typical practice. I get push back from the staff of this store every time I need something that is more labor intensive than an oil change. It’s absolutely infuriating. Last time I needed a LEFT fuel pump for my brothers car& the dude kept looking up passenger side fuel pump. I told him that left was driver side& he was “explaining” that “you gotta think about it as if your the mechanic facing the vehicle” “no sir. The left and right is based off of you sitting in the car” I’m tired of be mansplained car things by guys that would pull the transmission filter of an older Subaru& then gaslight me into thinking it’s my engine filter. The stuff is not knowledgeable at all& pretty unprofessional.

Busy, but great customer service this tram has. Stood there to wait for someone to check my engine light for 5 minutes and the team effort these guys/gals do for each other is AMAZING!! Stayed on top of the customers even watching for new customers coming in and greeting them while still in conversation with their own customer. Great Team Work!!!

Needed some spark plugs and an air filter walked in walked up to the desk and they got what I needed paid for it and I was out quick and easy

I have been Autozone, customer for the past 25 years. I spent a lot of money with Autozone, because I am a mechanic the store on division. Had me stand there for 35 minutes while they were putting their supplies away and nobody even asked me any question if I need any help and I was waiting there for them to look up some parts. I will never ever walk in that store again I’ll take my money to Napa , that was so uncomfortable for me. They’re talking in between each other. Nobody cares about me standing there for 35 minutes then I just walked away. And they were laughing at me disrespectful if the management of Autozone, sees this review please check my phone number. You will see how much money I was spending with you guys, but you guys are hiring the wrong people to do the job. I also have changed my number multiple times look up my name Nobody even said hey it’s gonna be a second. Nobody said nothing for 35 minutes while I was waiting there for so long until I walked out to get. Laughed at The time is now 7:55 PM. You guys management check the camera at that store. You will see a guy standing 35 minutes. Your employees walking around me in front of me not mentioning. I’m standing in the line where you wait to get their help to look up some parts there was nobody in front of me. Nobody behind me, disappointed

I was trying to get supplies for an oil change on my 92 camry same day due to the time I have to get up tomorrow. A different Autozone would not have a same day delivery. This Autozone, however, was able to do the delivery same day and probably got it to me within an hour. Very impressed. The delivery driver was extremely respectful. This will now be my goto store for future business. It's better than Oriely's store pick-up by far.

Busy place and yet the staff worked through it pretty quickly. Pleasant and easy. The guy who helped me was funny and made the check out fast and fun. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with an autzoner by the name Mars I had came in to get new windshield wipers and he ask me if I needed windshield fluid also I then began to tell him that my fluid hasn't been working and idk why he proceeded to help me and came putside and checked it out he then found the issue and went back in the store grabed a part and came back out and fixed the issue ? thank God for ppl like him thats actually concerned and wanna help cause I have a 3 hour drive back home and now I feel safer then ever thanks auto zone and thank you MARS !!!
