Excellent service from Robert Spruell. He was efficient and quickly able to make all our needs met. He stayed with my mom for boarding process. I travel alot and this is the best Experience I have had. Hope to see him again very soon!

Robert Spruell at PDX Oregon brought a wheel chair for my mom. He was very helpful and provided exceptional service.He made sure that my mom used the restroom before bringing her and my son down to the pickup area to meet up with me.He was the most polite person.I appreciated everything he did for my loved ones.
