I absolutely adore the spa at Progress Ridge! Their facials are top-notch, leaving my skin feeling refreshed every time. The place has such charming decor and it's always spotless. The staff is super friendly, and their service is excellent. What's great is they always have tempting promotions that make me feel like I'm treating myself without breaking the bank. Plus, they use and sell Eminence products, which are incredible but hard to come by. I used to drive across town for facials, but now that I've found Balm, I'm staying put in my neighborhood. Trust me, if you're considering trying out Balm, don't hesitate - you won't regret it!

I highly recommend Angelina! She does an amazing job with my lash extensions, takes her time, and ensures you are most comfortable! Scheduling is very easy with Balm PDX and they are very flexible with times and organized. Very good quality service!!

My mom and I both recently visited for our brows. I had Jordan for my brow shaping, tint and lamination and my mom had Ingrid for brow tint and shaping and we both had an amazing experience and have already booked future facials for both of us. This spot is so cute and clean and everyone is so sweet and easy access in The Pearl. I’m so excited for my next visit!

Received a lovely facial from Angelina! The room atmosphere was very relaxing, and I was so comfortable that I fell asleep several times during the facial! I had a great experience! My facial was very relaxing and Angelina was absolutely wonderful! She did a scalp massage and everything was just great. My skin was glowy afterwards and I felt very relaxed! I will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends!

I received the micro needling treatment at Balm Pearl by Elise. She did a really good job of describing the treatment, what to expect and post treatment instructions. It is an intense treatment, but the room was relaxing.
