As I’m standing here attempting to cash a check there in only one teller. All other employees are talking no one has addresses or spoken to me or even greeted me at all. The customer service was truly lacking. I needed to simply cash a check my parking expired while I was standing there leading to a parking ticket from PBOT.

This review is for Isabel, who was really helpful and patient.It took us 1.5 hr just to get an authorization code to log in BOA app since my dad’s debit/credit card was expired and his account was temporary deactivated, Isabel helped calling the customer service and tried her best to help solved our problem. (It’s so stupid that we were sitting in front of a real person, real staff while she couldn’t have authorization to get us the code for safety reason and even she had to call the 1-800 number and waited like forever…)

Argh. You want to call and reach someone at the branch. The phone maze goes on and on then when you get the option for a real person it disconnects you. Contrary to other reviews the branch is open (as of March 2023).
