Here now 10:20am lobby opens at 10am it’s still not open. Workers are in the back hanging out. No one is out. This is unprofessional. If opens at 10am workers should be in earlier to make sure they are open at exactly 10am. This is ridicules.

Had a bad visit. Needed a cashier’s check. The person was more interested in selling credit card upgrades. Made errors in spelling the recipient name on the check TWICE!! Still waiting there for him to come back to us to fix it. Horrible experience! Avoid this place.P.S. Thanks for the reply. But it is just words while the site is understaffed and the staff that is actually there is inexperienced and is pushed to sell credit card upgrades rather than quickly get folks what they need.

The worst bank ever, as a Army soldier they "lost" money while I was in Iraq. Recently they allowed someone to apply for a credit card in my name. I called and got bounced around for an hour and then hung up on. Once I got a person on the line, the person could not help me. This happened 6 more times. At this point I do not want anything to do with this bank. You should be ashamed.

Only used the ATM. Big bank building so lots more to see but I didn't go inside. My visit was worth 5 stars

Honestly Bank of America has a company it’s just trash in general. Save your money and your time and go to a better bank that actually cares about its clients. There’s no help from corporate and they literally have one person working in the entire bank. It’s ridiculous and leads to long wait times. The teller was great he did a great job trying to help me but Bank of America as a company did not give him the tools that he needs to do his job.

I tried calling since Google Maps and BOA website states they’re open on Saturday. Even their automated phone greeting states their open on Saturday. But no one picked up. Spent an entire hour trying to get someone on the phone since their scheduling mechanism wasn’t working (see photo). Took train over to the bank before I hit my gym and they have a sign up that they’re closed on Saturdays. Would be nice if they updated their site and phone so that no one wastes their time.

Extremely unhelpful staff who refused to help me reactive my card. I ended up reactivation the card myself on the phone. I'm removing all my funds from this bank and over to Chase. Extremely Unhelpful Condicending Staff.

I have waited 30 min for assistance. I’m on lunch and need two cashiers checks that need to be delivered by 2pm today. I called ahead and was told to come asap. I did and have not been given the time of day nor any common courtesy. I am so tired of thins bank and their new “branches” that don’t have counters or adequate banking staff seal the deal I’m changing to Umpqua.
