Look for another branch. The banker, Robert, gave me a card from El Paso, Texas, but it didn't have his details on it. When I requested his professionalism, he went above and beyond to make our conversation a spectacle.

I have been to this location many times over the years, and the service is always fast and very friendly! Even though I live on the other side of town, it's worth the drive here knowing I'll always have a friendly face helping me with my banking. Thank you NW 21st BofA! Keep it up.

Went there Friday 11/15 to make business deposits. Service was refused. Expired ID but I had the state issued temporary paperwork. Was told to go to another branch if I wanted to make deposits. WOW... not an issue anywhere else!
Had made two deposits at Lloyd Center and Vancouver Branches earlier that week with no issues; even took withdrawals.
Snooty attitude to boot. If a bank can't provide you the basic service what are THEY good for? Won't be an issue for me as I'll never set foot there again. Worst Customer service ever.

Probably just got lucky or something, but the staff were nice, wait was not very long. Went to deposit a check and walked out in about 15 minutes, as it should be.

Robert was really nice and worked really hard to get my job done. There was a bit of confusion in the meeting appointment process, but the staff were communicating with each other and guiding me very well. Had a really nice experience here. Thank you very much to all.

Went to this location to cash a check and Miss Taylor decided that although I’ve cashed multiple checks through them from the same account she needed to do a second authentication without cause. After suspecting some discrimination and asking if protocol was the same for all locations and receiving confirmation as well as confirmation on if there’s a limit on cashing checks for non account holders she couldn’t tell me why I was picked to have my ID scanned which she first denied. After speaking to someone above her who also couldn’t tell me what the issue was I’ve come to the conclusion that this location has a racist employed.

As a Bank of America customer I can say that this branch is one of the best since it has bilingual staff, in addition the service is excellent, I had the opportunity to be assisted by Kristina Akmulina and the experience was the best, since she resolved the questions I had, in addition to providing solutions to the needs I had at that moment.

I had a nice experience at this B of A. I was able to open a new account and make a deposit into an existing account. The staff were friendly and helpful and interested in assisting me to reach my financial goals. The space itself is clean too which is nice.
