Bank has often been closed, ATM closed. Deposit box for businesses closed. Other nearby location down 82nd closed a few years ago. Very difficult to do business with a bank that has few locations that are open and nowhere near by.

This is my bank. It is now 4:30pm and it is CLOSED for the day!!??? Horrible that a bank closes early and we cannot go in to deposit checks. I have a large check that the app will not allow me to deposit. HORRIBLE that banks are doing this to customers. Unacceptable. I am going to close all of my accounts and go somewhere where I can be assisted by a REAL PERSON.

I had a time sensitive financial issue and was completely blown off by the Bank of America branch near Eastport plaza. I came down to this branch on Johnson Creek and they were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind and courteous and they easily took care of my financial issue. This is the only Bank of America branch in Portland that I will ever go to.

This branch deposited $2700.00 in money orders into someone else's account. I'm now trying to get these funds back/credited to my account, which is proving difficult. The staff at this branch do not respond to email, and never pick up the phone. If you're thinking about banking with BoA, look elsewhere; or, at least, don't rely on staff at this location.

I came in to update my name. James was phenomenal and Tina is such a sweet heart. I had my account from before it was Bank of America and this has been one of the more caring branches. With all the options the app and atms, I know that if I go in it is probably going to take some time (which is like that when I go to a cashier rather than self check out at the store). I am glad that they are there for the more complex needs. Cashing a check or getting money can be done at any atm. Changing a name isn't as easy, which made me glad that I have a team that is willing to take their time to do things right. I also like that I felt like they were keeping my info secure by having me come in. I needed to also open another account, but didn't have time. They offered to schedule an appointment for me so I can come back at a time that works better for me. Having lived in a different state, this BofA is better than the other ones I have been to. Thanks everyone for helping me.

No issues with the actual banking service. Could probably use another teller as there is always a slow line. The issue is that they are randomly closed during normal business hours throughout the week. You never know if they’ll be open as usual or closed at 2pm on a Wednesday. They claim it’s health and safety related but it seems that this branch just has issues with staffing as no other BoA branch that I’ve encountered has been closed so much.

I'm actually just posting this review just to get a response from the owner or a worker at this location on 82nd and Johnson Creek in Portland. So yesterday which was May 25th 2021 at around 1:30 1:45 in the afternoon my husband and my son had met up at the bank in their own vehicles there was plenty of parking elsewhere but my husband parked in a spot and right next to my husband it was an empty parking spot and then my son parked in the spot next to the empty a spot and all of a sudden a guy in a light green Toyota Prius honks at my husband to shut his door so he can park there so my husband ends up doing so but does end up saying you know there's plenty of other spots you could have parked in as my husband went back and sat in the car to look for the documents that he would need to open an account which was the reason why they were there in the first place my son was on his phone scrolling through Google when the guy with the green Toyota Prius walked over to him and started harassing him for money my son doesn't speak very good English but he understands English very well the man kept demanding that my son give him money and my son refused and kept telling him I don't have money I don't have money I don't have money but the man thought my son was lying because they were parked at a bank so finally when the man got the hint that my son wasn't going to give him any money he looked him dead in the eyes and said okay are you sure about that you're not going to give me no money you sure about that and my son just looked at him and the man then got in his car and then went to go park in a different spot between two ladies that were also parked kind of like my husband and my son where one lady was in a spot and then there was an empty spot and then there was another lady in her car and he went over there to obviously harass them as well again the reason why I'm writing this is so that you guys can keep an eye out for this man and call the police because this man sounds dangerous like he's desperate for money and I don't want him to end up hurting and elderly person or anybody for that matter because they're not willing to give him money I know that area has gotten worse over the years but obviously it's a perfect place to harass people for money considering it's a bank so please keep an eye out if you're going to this location or any Bank or anywhere for that matter nowadays but like I said just keep an eye out and always be vigilant never let your guard down because people are crazy out there!! If the owner sees this and responds to my message I will take this message down if you would like me to I just wanted to get your attention so that you could let the workers and whoever know about this man and his little operation that he's got going on thank you

Johnson Creek Bank of America gets a poor review for customer service, major lack of recognition for guests waiting in seating area on not one, but two visits to open a business account. Banker/or Manager walked past on multiple occasions with eye contact but no responses or concerns as to services needed. Unprofessional and will open our business account with a different banking institution, and close our other accounts with BOA. Highly dissatisfied with their services.
