The new hours of operation are ridiculous. 10 to 4? This is 2023 not 1953, and there is still banking that needs to be done inside a building and not through an ATM. With no Saturday operations this is just ludicrous.

I been allover bank of america and this is the worst one.I went there yesterday try to pay my business rent. and I was waiting outside for them to open. very cold.I was the first customer.I come to the window then I told him I need transfer money from my business account.He told me can you wait in my desk for 5 minutes?I said ok. 10 minutes later he told me . Let me finish this then I be back to you.After he finished he when back to me end he told me is gonna be 10 more minutes. I get up from there end I left. Is very bad service. Transfer money take only like 3 minutes. was my first time and my last time to this location. I'll never go back there.

Happy to see this branch has finally reopened after their COVID lockdown closure. It seemed like this branch might fall into a defacto permanent closure, but they seem to have updated some interior design and added staff to support the quiet re-opening. Everyone was pleasant and happy to be back in this location when I was there.

I have been with BofA for years, they are closing two branches within a mile of my house. Now it's miles from my house, I'm not going to be with them much longer.

When you decide to close this branch you should notify clients who have safe deposit box. I called and waited for 30 min, then they told me some one will call me in 3 business days just to schedule an appointment to check the box,. No one called yet, it might take another week for me to see that box. What a failing bank!

Horrible customer service, This financial center is horrible!!!! i would give them a negative if i could. I like bank of america but not all financialcenters are good. The one on SW Canyon Rd is amazing and i love how they treat their customers. Big difference. I would suggest never to visit this one, i was about to withdraw all my money out but visiting the other center i changed my mind at the last minute the other center saved the business.

Never had to wait for 30 minutes in line just to cash a check. Why have 5 teller stations with only one teller and a manager pushing people to the ATM. Banking is going downhill fast! Pay more, get less. Charge $8 to cash an $80 check. They are robbing people!

Terrible first experience at Bank of America. I just signed up for an Alaska card through B of A and had lost it and requested a new one. A new one came but the normal activation process wasn't working so I decided to go inside rather than deal with a phone conversation. The moment I walked it, the teller was rude. I told her my card isn't activating and she replied "well it shows it's working on my end" so I said no, I've tried it twice this morning and both times it got declined. She replied that she isn't sure what's going on and I need to call customer service. Like come on, I came in to avoid the phone and being on hold!!! I ended up having to call customer service and they were able to help. I will NEVER work with this bank again, especially not this location, they didn't seem like they wanted to help, just terrible customer service

Customer service is horrible! As said in another review, they smiled and we're polite and told me that they had an appointment in 5 minutes, so they couldn't take my only request, to change my address. They suggested that I make an appointment to come back another time to change the address!! Absolutely insane!!!!!!

I now know why it's 2 stars waited 20 minutes for a teller and left because it was only 1 teller and there was two people in front of me. Hire more people.

There is no one here working the counter and they close in 10 minutes. Customer service here sucks.
