Convenient location, but I tend to do my banking at other branches. The last few times I have gone in, the transaction times were extremely long, and not worth the effort. It should not take 25 minutes to take a cash withdrawal, and get a cashier's check made. That is what happened the last time I visited. Good luck!

This bank is actually pretty great. The staff is kind, patient, respectful & helpful. I wish that I'd found it sooner. I honestly love this place. Thanks for giving me a great experience to share.

Awful service, awful employees, awful experience.Pretty much everything is awful when it comes to this bank.My account was compromised due to their mishandling of my information including my social security number, address and email address. It took hours and hours to dispute the charges that THEY allowed to be charged to my account.If you value your time, identity or money DO NOT USE THIS BANK.Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Best bank ever! They really prioritize Customer Service and as an Adult with a job myself who works with customers directly I understand how important it is and appreciate their hard work! This is the worst location for a bank and they are killing it a despite the neighborhood limitations

Very poor customer service. Extremely lazy and rude employees. Wouldn't help with my monetary needs. Did not offer to help me open an account. Not sure why anyone would bank here.

I opened a checking account almost 6 months ago and was supposed to received a bonus offer for 150 dollars I met all the requirements which was a direct deposit and debit card transactions but then 5 months passed and I called in regards to it because I hadn't received it after being on the phone back and forth with different representatives I was told I wouldn't get my bonus toffee because of not having a positive balance which my account was not negative just didn't have a balance in there because I was never told too. I spoke to the manager at this branch and it sounded like he was going to help me but didn't at all. He said he escalated my issue and couldn't do much. I think it's ridiculous they couldn't honor it over something so small. They had horrible customer service and I would not bank with them. My coworker was going to opened an account here and I told her not to. Be careful opening accounts here and they are very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.
