Great customer service and friendly staff. I had to close out an account for a deceased customer/relative and this local branch and Juan in particular were very helpful. The process was also done quickly, especially considering holiday closures.BMO purchased Bank of the West after most of the poor reviews were posted. I don't know if the acquisition made a difference.

Absolute Scammers.Their services are set up to extract hidden fees out of you.Owned by one of the biggest players that caused the 2008 collapse. (watch Madoff on Netflix to start to see the picture)Don't accept their CC offers. They will fleece you with hidden fees.Don't trust them with your hard-earned money. Find a credit union.

Run from this bank. There are plenty of others that offer better service. Their customer service is atrocious. Wait 45 minutes until someone answers the phone. Also if you have a big purchase and need to up your spending limit on your debit card be prepared to explain what you are spending your money on!

Avoid this bank at all costs. They will not allow me to deposit money into my account, because it’s in coins. Which is legal tender, and this is supposed to be A BANK. Which one would think would handle MONETARY TRANSACTIONS. They’ve made bad mistakes with my account. They make mistakes which border fraud.

I found the staff at this branch to be unfriendly. One lady was in my opinion a little rude. Nothing over the top, but like she took pleasure in it. Smug. Every other branch i have ever been to was great.

Extra rude at this branch. The manager (monica) regularly tells people to go to the downtown branch for faster service. She complains about her employees quitting and being short staffed. I would recommend a different bank completely. Extremely unprofessional. I feel people quit there boss. Not there job. Maybe it's time for a new branch manager.
