Drop my daughter’s iPhone 13 off screen was lifting honestly I thought we’d have to purchase an entirely new phone. She did not want a new phone as you can imagine a 16-year-old as her life on her phone. . . Not only was it only the battery The technician Gary was amazing. We dropped it off at two and it was completely fixed by 2:45. Under 100 bucks fast click reliable, friendly amazing service. Definitely recommend stopping in. Thank you, Gary also Ariana, young lady who helped us get checked in was great. She mentioned she was New had only been there three weeks, but she could’ve told me she was wonderful. Did a great job with her customer service very friendly and helpful. Thank you Battery Plus. I definitely will use you guys again.

I always have a great experience at Batteries Plus. Staff are knowledgable and very helpful. They may not always be able to fix a situation, but they always offer ways to make what I need to have happen happen.

Car battery replacement - they had the lowest price on a new battery. Installation was quick and easy.
I ended up ordering online from my phone while I was in the store to get the 20% off promo for online orders.

Review just for car battery. I was told by staff the battery couldn't be replaced after ordering the battery online. Staff suggested my husband replace the battery and when I asked for a refund if the battery couldn't be installed, a different staffer came over and installed the battery. However it took an hour and I was told the car would need replacement clamps for the battery to stay in. Went to the mechanic after, as mechanic said clamps were fine, they were just put back on wrong.
I'm guessing car battery installation isn't their bread and butter so maybe stick to mobile and other battery needs at this location.

Went there 3 weeks ago for a dead battery that needed jumped, the expert kid puts a meter on my battery and says it’s charging fine but low take it for a long drive to charge it up. Ok 3 weeks later and 2 jump starts later I bring it back to get the battery checked again unfortunately I got the same kid with the meter again that tells me it’s charging ok but it could have a major draw that is discharging it. He could sell me a battery but if it doesn’t work I will need to see a mechanic to diagnose my major draw problem. So I tell him perhaps I should see a mechanic first. I told him I also have a light on my dash that indicates I have a bulb out. He tells me they don’t install bulbs but he would help me locate the bad bulbs. He checked the turn signal and brake lights but said he couldn’t see the tail lights in the sun. So I’m on my own on those. Would have been happy to purchase a new battery on both wasted trips to this business.
I went directly to Battery Specialist on Powell they installed a battery with a 5 year warranty in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend Battery Specialists because they know how to check a battery problem with out all the drama and with a name like batteries and bulbs they could at least sell you a bulb.

Went to get another replacement key and fob for my car and was really disappointed with the very lukewarm, almost hostile service. Was told twice that "I don't normally work the counter" as an excuse. After waiting two weeks for the fob found out they didn't even order a key and it was going to be another $50 for a total of $250. No apologies just excuses. Sad and disappointed I canceled the entire transaction right there.

The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I've brought in many burned out bulbs, and the staff has found a replacement in seconds.I brought a phone in for repair, and they quoted an upfront price (which was VERY fair). They finished the job in just over an hour. I will bring all my phone repairs here in the future.They were a breath of fresh air in contast to fly by night phone repair places whose prices keep climbing until the repair is soon more than the cost of a new phone.

Great store with helpful staff. Had a battery I bought 2 years ago stop holding a charge after a few days of sitting--they diagnosed the issue, quickly set me up with a replacement and got the new one installed for me in under 30 minutes.Process could not have been more straight forward or easeful.

Purchased the “car FOB battery replacement” plan. I was told it was for any fob. Brought in a dead fob for a new battery (same car) and was charged $23 AGAIN! These people are liars just to take your $ - no receipt with any information provided when purchased last year. Guy at counter totally lied. Battery was probably $5 - lost my business for good. Total jerks. They should get zero stars.
