I lived here for exactly one year and no longer. This is one of those newer buildings that gives you the homey experience you've been looking for. If that includes hearing your neighbors snore through the walls, hold arguments, or attempt to do laundry (attempt is the focus point here, as you could sometimes here 'EXPLITIVE, laundry...' from the top neighbor) then this place is for you.You are provided a modest size washer dryer, which are functioning and do what they need. Be aware of how your apartment home is advertised though and that everything you were told you were supposed to have is provided. You are reeled in with a great deal (I didn't have to pay a security deposit for instance). The sun will beat down on your apartment if you are facing towards Fremont and if you do not have an AC that is more than 10,000 BTU you will cook. Hopefully they consider installing ACs in these units because it really is unbearable. All in all, I did get what I paid for. It is a nicely renovated cardboard box. The people that worked there when I moved in were lovely. This was a couple years back, so hopefully the quality of customer service remains intact, but there is only so much you can do to make a cardboard box "better".

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Management is RUDE and only cares about new residents. I moved into this building to check out the neighborhood as I am looking for a home to purchase in this area and wanted to make sure I liked the neighborhood before I make a 30 year commitment to a mortgage. Management tries to get into everyones personal business. They are always trying to enter my apartment for a variety of nonsense reasons, I refuse to let them enter without being present as my dogs will run out so this has caused me to miss numerous days of work and appointments among other things. It is like they are looking for a reason to kick you out or make you feel unwelcome if you are not a new resident. It seems they are trying to get their commissions on renting to new residents and therefore, they do not care about the current ones.
