Tony was very helpful and with his guidance I found a mattress and pillows I'm very happy with! Delivery was quick and easy. My only point of critique is that at time of purchase I started to leave instructions about the best way to access my building, as I don't live in a place with great parking. I was told I'd get a call 5 minutes before the delivery people arrived, so I could tell them directly. Instead I got a call when they were already in my lobby.That was a very small part of the overall experience, though. On the whole, I highly recommend this place and appreciate that the whole process was so free of headaches.

David was very knowledgeable, helped me choose a bed that was the right firmness and price. No hard sell! They have a great machine that analyzes your requirements while you lie on a test bed, and then gives recommendations.

My experience at this BedMart location was hands down the best that I have had on my journey trying to find a new mattress. David was super helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me find the mattress that fit me the best , I don’t think I’ve had a better nights sleep since! I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

We came in kinda close to closing, but David was so kind and didn’t rush or pressure us at all. We got a very nice, firm mattress for a really good price. Cheaper and better quality than the other stores in the area.

I am SUPER late to the game in writing this review, I'm sorry David! I came to his store in complete exhaustion and exasperation after moving with my 2 kids downtown and having no bed to sleep on with them. The next day I went to bedmart and David not only helped me through financing and helped me to get the best deals I could on bed, frame, sheets AND pillows. But, most of all, he was so kind and helpful to me and my 2 kids who were going through a really hard transitional time. I couldn't be more grateful. So much so that even 5 months later I'm coming back to write this review! (Again, my apologies David! You're the best!)Lastly, not only was his service above and beyond, he continued to help me even a couple months later with a return and buying a mattress topper and literally bent over backwards to make it happen when it mattered so much to me and my family. (Ps, I am an LMT so my sleep and back health is my livelyhood!) My bed is now my favorite place in the world and my back problems have all gone away.David is a great guy. Everyone should be like David ?? thank you so much gor all of your wonderful support in the hardest time of my life. I won't soon forget it ?

This was an amazing and satisfying experience. I entered “mattress search” terrified. David Pelett was the perfect guide. His comfortable demeanor and knowledge always placed my concerns first. The sleep smart experience on the computerized bed allowed me to understand my needs regarding comfort and bodily support. What began as an overwhelming thought materialized into an experience of relaxation and great satisfaction. Thank you David!

David Pelett at BedMart on NE Broadway is simply the best! I went to three mattress stores in Portland and right back to him. He was caring, a great listener, showed me several that met my list of “must-haves.” He made buying my new mattress a lot of fun! Extremely informed about the intricacies of the great selection of mattresses he sells. Extremely pleasant store. Thank you, David! And thanks to Juan and Manuel. The mattress delivery and setup took 15 minutes. Great efficiency and very nice delivery.
