We’ve rented from Bender Properties for the last 3.5 years. They’ve been kind (like real, genuine people!), easy to work with, responsive to maintenance needs, and haven’t jacked up the rental prices. Sadly we are moving out soon to different areas , but I highly recommend them if you’re looking in SE PDX.

Property is very well managed and taken care of, they are extremely easy to contact and quick to address any problems. Definitely would recommend!

Kelly Bender is such a gem! She was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They still have that Old Portland feel about them in that they do not over charge for application process and they keep rents low. I am 100 percent satisfied so far with them!
