Bought an expensive laptop for pick-up same day, show up, and they claim my payment was fraud, called Best Buy Credit line, they tell me it isn't fraud, though, payment was successful, but they can't give me my product. Now I have to wait 2-3 days. They're quick to take your money, but can't even hand over the product I bought. I might just cancel the order and buy elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

Called to ask a question regarding my desktop. I wanted to update the ram but was confused about the mhz requirements. They put me on hold, two times, adding up to an hour on hold. So I just hung up. If you're this bad at actually doing customer service, then I won't be shopping here anymore.

Went to get case for my Z fold 5 they only had one case and it was expensive. would have been fine If all I had was an Iphone . Plenty of cases for apple

Haven't been here for a couple of years came in today and had a great experience, Jonah was very insightful on what I needed for my new laptop. I was able to get the things I needed and learned new things about what I actually need from his pass experience definitely coming back. Best Buy knows how to train their employees well because he said he was new yet pointed me in the right direction. It's very refreshing to have a honest salesperson.

Should probably give it 3 stars but feeling nice right now, can't tell you how difficult it is to get help once you're on the store especially if you're in need of anything from the cell phone dept. Takes roughly an hour once you get help to even get a screen protector put on your phone start to finish. I'm assuming they are just understaffed all the time due to not being very busy .

Very large store and helpful staff. I went in to get a new Amazon fire remote, for a friend's old TV so there was a chance the remote wouldn't connect with the TV so I was very happy to learn that if that was the case we could return the remote even if it was opened within 15 days of purchase with the receipt!
